Die Unterkunft befindet sich etwas außerhalb der Stadtgrenzen von Surfside, sodass Sie sich keine Gedanken über Genehmigungen für den Zugang des Fahrzeugs zum Strand machen müssen. Die kleine Stadt Surfside liegt nur eine kurze Autostunde von der Innenstadt von Houston und 15 Minuten vom Lake Jackson, Texas, entfernt, wo Sie einkaufen, speisen, Kinos besuchen und vieles mehr können.

Dieses neue Haus am Strand verfügt über vier Schlafzimmer und vier Badezimmer und bietet Platz für zwölf Gäste. Gewölbedecken verleihen dem Haus eine sehr große und offene Ausstrahlung. Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner sorgen für zusätzlichen Komfort. Schlafzimmer eins verfügt über ein Doppelbett, während Schlafzimmer zwei zwei Etagenbetten und ein eigenes Bad enthält. Schlafzimmer drei und vier haben Queen-Size-Betten mit eigenem Bad Suiten. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine Couch (mit einem Queen-Size-Schlafsofa), einen Liebessitz und einen großen HD-Flachbildfernseher. In der großen Küche finden Sie alles, was Sie zum Zubereiten von Mahlzeiten benötigen. Im Essbereich finden zehn Personen Platz. Ein wunderschönes Beachfront Deck bietet einen zusätzlichen Unterhaltungsbereich mit allem, was Sie zum Entspannen und Essen benötigen. Ein kurzer Spaziergang über Ihren privaten Weg bringt Ihre Füße in den Sand und das Wasser.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass wir unser Haus weder für Partys vermieten noch Anfragen für Abschlussbälle oder College- oder Highschool-Gruppen annehmen. Unser Anwesen ist die Oase unserer Familie und wird an Familien oder ältere Erwachsene vermarktet, die einen Ort suchen, an dem sie auf verantwortungsvolle Weise entspannen und Spaß haben können. Awesome house

I have been coming to surfside for 30 years. This is one of the best houses we’ve ever had the pleasure to stay in. Great layout with a bathroom for every bedroom, and fantastic beach access. Owner answered very quickly the only time I had a question about checking in. Would highly recommend.

Girls Trip 2024

This place was wonderful! There were 5 of us girls from MN who needed to see the ocean and this was a perfect spot. LaBelle was perfect for us with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all. We loved the large deck and all read our books while taking in some rays and listening to the ocean roar. We laughed, played games and enjoyed the beach/ocean. It was also nice to have stores/restaurants fairly close. We really enjoyed the margarita truck! The house was great and stocked nicely. Thank you for sharing your lovely property with us allowing us to do this amazing trip.

Family get away

The location was great, but when we arrived at the property, the bedsheets were on the floor dirty in front of the Washing machine, the comforters were not clean, there was a blood stain on one of the mattress cover in the bunk room still on the bed and the king bed mattress cover (still on the bed) was dirty. Only one bed was made out of the four bedrooms. We arrived at 4:00 and I spent from 4:30-10:00 washing the bedsheets and comforters that we were going to use, The washing machine is very small so it took several loads. The kitchen sink had a dirty sponge in it and looked like it had been there for a very long time because it left an imprint where it was sitting, so I cleaned all the sinks too. I did contact Jeremy and didn’t hear from them right away, but his mom called at 8:25 pm because they were out of town and didn’t have service. She Told me she was very sorry and hopefully they would make it right. Their reply finally came through several days later. I responded back to them and I have never heard from them since I sent the last message on a refund for the cleaning, which was very disappointing because my last message to them was I have pictures of everything to back what I’m saying. I waited over a week for a response before I decided to make this review to give them time to get back with me. Very Disappointing

Great location, right on the beach.

We came to celebrate my sister’s 30th birthday with 8 people. There was plenty of room for everyone and loved that there were 4 bathrooms. This property is right on the beach with a short deck going over the dunes, also very close to beach access to drive the vehicles onto the sand. The view from the balcony is amazing. Communication with the host was very quick. Only downside for us was the water in the house, we just aren’t used to well water so it was a bit of an adjustment. We just got extra water for cooking and brushing our teeth and there was also a water dispenser in the kitchen that we appreciated. Plenty of pots/pans/kitchen utensils available which was nice for all the cooking we did. Would definitely book again :)

Four Star Location, Two Star Place

The location is just what we were looking for; on the beach and down a bit from Surfside proper. The beach was great, the deck was great and the views were great. Everything worked just fine. The house itself has a lot of potential, it’s just poorly kept. The grill is rusted, the towels are very cheep and stained, the kitchen pots and pans are rusted, there are stains on the couches, there are left-over broken chairs downstairs, etc. I compare it to a two star hotel. If you don’t mind the lack of upkeep, it’s a good place.

Didn’t end up staying at La Bella beach home. Upon arrival house at 5:00 on Sunday the house was not ready for occupancy. Nothing had been cleaned and looked as though there was frat party staying in house from previous renters. Even if housekeeping was offered, I would not if stayed there. House condition is nothing like was is represented on VRBO website. Beware!!! Did contact owner and he was provided full refund however, we were left in a real pinch to find other accommodations at the last minute.

Perfect Location

Very spacious beach house with a great view of the beach. Very clean and huge living area and kitchen. Beds are a little firm, but rooms are all perfect size. Tvs would be a must, but your not there to watch TV. Enjoy the views! Would recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing vacation. Owner responds promptly and is very nice.

Perfect front row location

This house was perfect for our annual trip. The layout is great, plenty of bathrooms and space for everyone. Loved that it was steps away from the beach and had a nice covered porch area.

Amazing location

We had a great stay here for our annual family beach trip. The walkway is right outside your door making the beach literally steps away! Large kitchen, plenty of beds and bathrooms, and large patio area under the home too. We had one minor maintenance issue, which the owner took care of within just a few hours. My only suggestion is that the home needs a thorough deep cleaning. Seems like some areas were being missed between renters. But we recommend this home, and would stay here again next year!

Deceiving!!!

Our trip was comprised of my family of four, my b-i-l, s-i-l, their 3 year old, my m-i-l and f-i-l. My b-i-l's family arrived at the property first, a few minutes after the check-in time and had to wait roughly 20 minutes before they could enter the home; there was a handyman there painting. The wait, obviously wasn't terrible, but felt the owners could have let us know that there would be a delay in check-in. Upon entering, the door handle was broken (laying on the ground, someone did show up to replace it the next day), some type of melted candy (unsure, but that's what it looked like) on the coffee table, a dirty bathroom floor, one bedroom did not have a comforter on the bed, another bed had wet sheets on it (same bed had stains on the mattress protector), and dingy/stained couches and shower curtains. I let the owner know and she said the owner of the cleaning company would be by to return the comforter and to address any issues there. As for the mattress protector, she blamed past renters on using tanning spray and staining it. The owner of the cleaning company returned the comforter, took the mattress cover and bathroom mat to be washed, but did not offer to clean the bathroom floor. When it was time to go to bed, I curled up under the sheet and comforter and immediately smelled sweaty, mildew. As if there was a man who had been sweating all day and it turned to mildew on his clothes. It was the sheets, comforter, and pillow, so I moved the bunkroom. Frustrated, I sent a message to the owner detailing how deceiving the pictures are on the listing and how it looks like it is a very clean, well maintained home. I thought maybe they didn't realize that the home wasn't being properly cleaned and that they were getting rooked on their cleaning service. For there to be a $200 cleaning fee that guests pay, which I can only assume is what the owners, in turn, pay the cleaning company is beyond me. They refunded the cleaning fee, but got met with "I do hate that you feel this way" and more blame on past renters about "how terrible people treat our things when they are there". That is not an actual apology and nothing was done on their end to clean the bedding or replace pillows in the bedroom I was supposed to stay in. If you're considering renting the home, don't. For what they charge a night, they could put that towards the upkeep of the home, which is not apparent by the looks of it, and your money is better spent elsewhere.
