Recent Stay

Pros: Great location relative to Orlando attractions, clean property, beautiful neighborhood, access to Bronson/Hideaway Clubs.Cons: Loud neighbors (wild kids), inconsistent responsiveness to needs: they couldn't replace a broken shower rod, but they got a contractor to fix broken AC on Easter Sunday. Coffee maker worked but needs to be replaced due to failing display, and the laundry dryer barely worked (broken belt?) which was very inconvenient. Uncomfortable beds.

Thank you for choosing this home and for your feedback. Immediate action has been taken for everything you notified. I have informed the operations team to get the broken shower resolved and coffee maker, plus the laundry dryer belt checked out. We will ask the owners if they want to replace the beds after first checking the same. Our past guests have not brought this up yet, but of course, we will review and follow up so our future guests can be more comfortable. I am glad that even on a holiday, our technician was able to come check the AC for you and we take pride in providing such immediate assistance. We sure hope o host you again next time with a better experience.

Great location for families

The property is lovely and perfect if you stay with children. This location is geared towards families and not quite the quiet and relaxing spot we were hoping for.The property backs up to the main road, lots of traffic noise and the complex lawn service parked for a few hours right out the back of the unit to unload mowers, blowers, trimmers - not a great way to wake up.If you have done these types of rentals, you know there are some "starter" items, this place is bare bones - towels, a hair dryer and soap is all they provide. No starter k-cups, a tea bag, salt, or pepper - nothing to get that first day started.Again, this is a lovely stay for families with kids, you will enjoy all the activities and pool. It's just not the quiet, recharge we were hoping for.

Thanks for the enjoyable stay at your townhome in The Cove at Storey Lake, Kissimmee. The property is well equipped. The coffee maker takes K-cups or grounds. The property manager said they are replacing the pots and pans after our stay with new ones. I informed them the teflon coating is badly chipped and peeling off. They provide you with one towel per registered guest. You must also bring that towel to the pool as the pool doesnt provide towels. It is a good idea to bring your own extra towels for the pool.The guest bathrooms are walkin showers. The master bath has a standard tub/shower combo. If you have young children that need to use the bathtub they will need to use the master bathroom.This is a great place to stay if you have multiple adults and kids. There is a large walmart and publix close by.One thing to note, there are actually two pool areas you have access to during your stay. We thought the one here in the complex is better than the other one that is located about 5 min drive away.
