The Space:

The heart of the home is the open-plan living and dining area, flowing into a fully equipped kitchen with a stunning stone island benchtop, ideal for family gatherings and meal preparation. Large, fully screened stack sliding glass doors lead to a spacious verandah with views of the Lily Pad Pond. Guests can choose their preferred outdoor space, relax in the hammock, or enjoy a morning coffee on the outdoor lounge. A double lock-up garage offers secure storage for surfboards, SUPs, or kayaks, and also houses an extra fridge. The kitchen features a gas cooking stove top, electric oven, and hot water. The entire property is air-conditioned in bedrooms for comfort. All linen is provided, so guests only need to bring their beach towels. The property is a short drive from the Mariner, perfect for launching a boat or watching the sunset, and offers private beach access to the Main Beach.
