Great for families

We did have an issue with the hot water and when reported with quickly fixed. Great property for families as each couple had their own bedroom and ensuite. Great that it was so close to a unique beach. The children had plenty of space to play. The kitchen was well set out and had all that we required so was perfect as a different family cooked each night. The consensus was that we should hire the house every year for a family gathering. The house facilitated a wonderful family event for us.

Great location

Beautiful place to visit. House is starting to show its aged. Some lining was stained. Twice we had maintance companies come onto the property without information us first. One left gate open our dogs nearly escaped. Has vermin problem.

property in disrepair. Screen door to pool area fell off when tried to open. BBQ knobs seized, didn't work. Front door jammed, had to be kicked to close. Bed room access door to pool lock broken and couldn't be opened. Door to bedroom jammed and couldn't be closed properly for privacy. Another bedroom door handle was falling off. The corrosion on the doors from the sea air was so bad that great chunks of crusty corrosion were falling off in the interior and exterior. Advertised as up market executive property, one expects so wear and tear but not broken items that impact the quality of the stay.

I confirm at the time of your stay the owner was awaiting a tradespersons Quote for new Screen doors, and, Sliding glass door lock replacements. New BBQ parts were ordered to repair the BBQ. Other door items have been addressed. I also confirm the large Living room Jute rug that was urinated on by the dog you had inside at the property, without authorization, was damaged beyond cleaning and required replacement.

Family Gathering

This property was well located with a short walk to the beach and was very quiet with plenty of room. Lovely views from the veranda. Wonderful to have ensuites for three bedrooms as well as a family bathroom. The main kitchen, main bedroom and main lounge are located upstairs and overall there are three good sized fridges and a wine cooler.

Great property and great location

We stayed for 5 nights and at times had 10 people staying and never felt overcrowded. Great location near the beach and has good facilities with 3 bedrooms having ensuites. We had a minor issues with the house, however when the Agent was advised it was rectified very quickly and professionally. Would highly recommend this site and would definitely stay again when in Agnes Water next.

Beautiful house and location

Beautiful house. Five toilets and four bathrooms. Beautiful location and only 50 metres walk to to beach. Very spacious house and you never felt cramped. Would happily return again.

Awesome house . Best position . So close to beach . Our family of ten had such a nice relaxing time . Beds are comfy . So much space . Was too cold for a swim . House would be amazing in summer .

Exceeded expectations

We would highly recommend this house. We selected it from similar listings to meet our requirements for an extended weekend away as a family unit of 6 adults, 2 babies and 2 dogs. All our requirements were exceeded: own space & bathrooms, pool, patio & barbeque, general spaciousness & entertainment areas, ceiling fans & aircons, closeness to beach & facilities, enclosed yard, & even an off-leash dog area approx 200m north. We will definitely hire this house again when we return to Agnes in future years - there is still one bedroom that we didn't use as our grandchildren grow up or if we are fortunate enough to have more. Thank you to the owners for sharing their house with us!

Gorgeous House and Location

Was the perfect location for our ladies' getaway weekend. So much space, room for everyone. Lovely pool and short walk to the beach. The only downside was the appliances look slick, but are not user friendly. More accurate directions would be appreciated along with more rubbish bags, dishwasher tablets and toilet paper. But overall- WOW- I would come back!

Hope you found the appliance instruction manual ok Holiday homesare not serviced apartments & don't provide extra items for throughout a guest stay a though for the comfort of our guests we do provide each house with a first-day starter pack consisting of soap,singular shampoo/conditioner, 2 rolls toilet paper, dish liquid, chux, singular dishwasher tablet & clothes detergent, . The large foodwerx supermarket in Agnes Water is great for all your needed provisions. Thank you for staying & see you next time.

Absolute Perfection!!

Beach Vista is even better than the photos!! We had a group of 8 adults and 2 kids and it was absolutely perfect - there’s a bathroom for each room and the owners have thought of everything - layout is perfect!!
