Getting around Rancho de La Luna Casita is easy. The neighborhood has multiple transport options: private vehicles, rideshares, taxis, buses, shuttles, walking, and biking, making exploring Santa Fe and nearby areas convenient and accessible.

During winter there are a few considerations for getting around. The city experiences colder temperatures and occasional snowfall, which can affect transportation options.

Private vehicles equipped for winter conditions, such as four-wheel drive or snow tires, are recommended for navigating the snowy roads. It's important to stay updated on weather conditions and road closures to plan your routes accordingly.

Other Things to Note:
* Terms and Conditions agreement and guest verification must be completed within 24 hours of reservation confirmation or prior to check-in whichever is sooner.
* $3,000 accidental damage protection included in every Stay!! Although rare, accidents do happen even while we are on vacation. Historically, this was managed with a big security deposit, which can lead to very awkward and unpleasant conversations when the vacation rental manager needed to withhold deposit lot damages. With Security Deposit Waiver, accidental damage from a guest is covered unless it is specifically excluded such as but not limited to smoking inside the unit, intentional damage, pet damage, and willful violations of house Rules. Guest is responsible for damage not covered by the damage waive and for amounts exceeding $3,000. Final claims subject to approval from underwriter. Relax and enjoy your stay with confidence of Irvie Homes.
* There is a pellet stove in the living room that is controlled by the thermostat hung on the bookcase. There are pellets in the container next to the stove if you need to refill the pellets. There is also a pellet stove outside for you enjoyment.
* Welcoming 4 overnight guests in total
* Dogs under 40 LBS accepted for $200 per pet fee. No dogs on furniture please. No cats, or other animals permitted.
* You have private access to the entire home
* Please park in either the carport, or driveway.
* Front door opens via access code which will be provided.

• Guest must complete Check In Form to agree to the Irvie Homes terms and conditions, and provide photo ID within 24 hours of booking, or immediately if same day arrival.

• Secure the home by locking all doors and windows anytime you leave the home.
• Reservations over 30 days may require security deposit, background and credit check.
• For stays over 30 days, a monthly cleaning fee will be applied.
• Guest agrees to report any issues at home to Host immediately.
• NOTE: Your safety matters. There may be a Ring doorbell security camera, exterior cameras, and a Noise-Aware antiparty device or similar devices at the home.

• Guests acknowledge there is risk of Covid transmission and other communicable diseases with all travel. Great Stay
The home was perfect. Everything was so comfortable and clean. Great views of mountains. House was located on a nice piece of property that was about 10 minutes away from downtown Santa Fe. It was great for us to have some space, but be close to all the shops. Would definitely book again on a return trip.

The house is perfect for any Sante Fe visit. It is extremely clean, comfortable, and we'll appointed with nice furniture and home accessories. Very quiet and relaxing. The house has everything you need for a sort or long term stay. Very well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies and basic staples. I highly recommend this VRBO!! I've stayed at a lot of VRBOs, and this one checked every box!!! The property management team (Irvine Homes) could not have been anymore friendly, helpful and proactive! Their communication was outstanding and extremely helpful! Reallyade us feel like they honestly cared about our stay. Very refreshing! Next time I'm in Santa Fe, this will be our VRBO of choice!!
