Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the convenient location, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, and the two parking spaces. We also appreciate your kind words about our team’s responsiveness during your stay. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the loss of hot water and air conditioning. We understand how frustrating it was to deal with these issues for several days, especially after multiple maintenance visits. We’re happy to share that the underlying electrical issue connecting the water heater and cooling system has since been addressed and resolved. We’ve taken the necessary steps to ensure these systems operate properly and independently moving forward. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, as well as your recommendation. Your feedback helped us identify the underlying problem and make the needed improvements for future guests. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide the comfortable, worry-free stay you expected!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear that this property made such a great impression, especially with the comfortable bed, plush towels, and peaceful atmosphere. It’s great to know the location worked well for your visits to the Plaza too. Thank you for your review. I’m glad to hear the location and parking met your expectations. We appreciate your comments regarding the mattresses, heating, TV, and the shower leak. These items have been documented and sent to our team for evaluation and repair. While the heat did resume overnight, the initial delay and the comfort concerns you experienced are not what we aim to provide, and we’ll be reviewing these issues to prevent future occurrences. Thank you again for sharing this feedback—it helps us identify where improvements are needed.

Thank you for your review! We're delighted to hear you enjoyed the great location and found the home well appointed. We strive to provide a comfortable and convenient experience for our guests, and we're glad the property met your expectations. We appreciate you staying with us and hope to welcome you back again soon!
