Climb into the plush, cloud grey bed for a restful night's sleep at this vibrant, light-filled escape. Follow the pineapples to this duplex with a large open or covered balcony from the living space and master bedroom for sun-dappled brunches and sunset drinks. We welcome Short or Long stays. A spacious Living room with a very comfy large sofa and an eclectic art collection. It's great for a staycation, as a work-from-home alternative, or for families.stays. Fast Wi-Fi, fox tel and Netflix.
8 minutes walk to either Newport Beach or Bungan Beach and the village shops.

Additional rules
The Guest Agrees:
1. There is a “No Party, Function or Event” Policy at Casa de Piña. The security bond will be claimed in full if evident and your stay terminated effective immediate
2. To maintain and leave the premises in a clean and tidy condition. In the case of default, an additional cleaning fee ($80p/h) will be charged and will be deducted from the Security Bond.
3. The primary guest booking the stay will be the primary contact and take full responsibility to ensure that all occupants understand and agree to the House Rules. Your contact number to be provided and be contactable when occupying the residence 24/7.
4. To report damages to any articles of furniture, effects or fittings that may become damaged or lost during the period of this tenancy. The cost of repair or replacement will be at the guest's expense.
5. A maximum of 5 adults can be accommodated.
6. Casa de Piña premises or any part there of shall not be used for any purpose other than residential Holiday Accommodation - unless prior arrangement.
7. Not to assign or sublet the whole or any part of Casa de Piña.
8. Not to remove or move any of the set furniture around the house or outside from the premises.
9. No smoking inside the premises. (and if you do smoke - please go well away from the house)
10. No responsibility is taken for loss or damage to tenant’s personal property or personal injury during the stay.
11. Please respect our neighbours.
13. Keys are not to be duplicated; if lost, a key replacement charge of $100 applies.
15. Please close all windows and doors when leaving the premises unattended or if there is the possibility of rain or high winds.
16. Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10:00am to allow time to prepare property for next guests. (please check with us if a late check out possible)
17. Linen & bath towels supplied to remain at the house. Please let us know if you would like beach towels provided.
18. No parking on property - Strictly no parking in the driveway unless unloading and loading your car. Our street has unlimited free street parking.
19. Must climb stairs - Second floor apartment
20. Please remember that our property is located in a tropical country and therefore some small insects such as mosquitoes and cockroaches are present in the area. We love the warmth of summer and so do these bugs. Be careful with leaving food behind and/or with leaving windows and doors open at night as these critters will find their way in. We do our utmost best to prevent this, but please do not be alarmed if one is sighted and simply inform us and we will make sure we do our best to help you.
21. PETS; terms and conditions:
To maintain harmony, we ask our guests who bring their dogs to follow our terms and conditions so that everyone can have an amazing stay.
•All dog stays must be approved and have good references of previous stays. We only accept reservations with pets if the guest has prior positive reviews from other Hosts specifically
mentioning that they traveled with a pet and had no issues.
•We do accept a maximum of 2 x dogs, however, this must be confirmed. There is an additional charge for the extra pooch as follows: $60 per night
•We accept pooches of all shapes and sizes, Casa de Piña welcomes all!
•Your pooch must be house-trained and well-behaved. Should your pooch cause a disturbance to other guests or neighbors you will be issued a warning. Continual disturbance will result in the cancellation of your accommodation reservation, without a refund.
•Pooches are not allowed to roam on the property unleased or in our private premises.
•It is only okay to leave a pet unattended in your space for short amount of time if they do not bark while you are absent and never be left alone for long periods.
•Dog stays must ensure that they are taking their pooch for regular bathroom breaks outside the property. Kindly properly dispose of pet waste in a disposable plastic bag in the outside trash bins.
•If your doggy requires walkies or dog-babysitting, we recommend using Madpaws (AUS) pet sitting services or reach out to us for alternatives.
•Additional poo-bags are always available from us to ensure that we are keeping our local area free of pup debris.
•Requests for long stays with pooches are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are to be directed to us the hosts at Casa de Piña.
•For accepted pet stays, guests must bring and use furniture covers or pet protectors to help maintain the condition of your space. If you require any additional towels or covers please ask in advanced.
•Any damage to the apartment and/or soiling will incur additional cleaning/replacement fees.
