This home has a keypad entry to allow 24 hour check-ins, parking for 4 vehicles, full sized washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen, dining area, 3 smart televisions, outdoor games, a grill, and 2 full bathrooms. Along with the rental, we provide a parking pass to the Ocean Pines Beach Club located in Ocean City on 49th street, you can enjoy live entertainment, the beach, showers, lockers, food + drinks, and bathrooms! Short 10 min. drive via Rt 90. Pets welcome with a fee. Bring your kayak and paddle board to launch at one of several water access points just a few blocks away. Bring your bikes to ride on the quiet streets or on maintained bike trails. Nice back yard to play horse shoes or corn hole after you time at the beach. Ocean Pines has 5 swimming pools which can be used for a daily access fee. Also available are pickle ball courts, tennis, water access to launch kayaks or power boats. There is easy access to grocery stores, water front dining at the Yacht Club along with numerous other restaurants. Come enjoy the best of both worlds.
