As soon as we were made aware of these issues, we had our electrician scheduled to come out and address them, but unfortunately, he was not able to arrive same day. We regret that this caused discomfort for you and your family, especially with the kids’ bathroom light being out. We understand how important these amenities are, and we did everything possible to ensure your comfort while you were here, including working to provide alternative solutions where we could. We were also happy to issue a significant refund for your negative experience, as we want every guest to feel they have been treated fairly. Your feedback has been shared with our team, and all of the concerns you mentioned have now been resolved to ensure future guests have a better experience.

We are glad that we could compensate you for the dinner and make adjustments to your stay to elevate your experience with us. Regarding parking, we apologize for any confusion. We actually offer multiple parking spots around the home to accommodate all of our guests. These parking spots are clearly marked and highlighted in our Preflight email, which includes a map for easy reference. Additionally, there is another map inside the home to further assist with parking. Regardless of these challenges, we are glad you were able to enjoy the nearby skiing and would love the opportunity to host you again in the future and provide a seamless and enjoyable experience
