We have a large laundry, with a huge washing machine and dryer for your needs. There is also an outdoor clothes line should you prefer the cooling sea breezes drying your washing.
We of course provide all linen, bath / beach / hand / tea towels for your visit with us. Basic consumable items are provided for your assistance as a starter for your visit with us. Eg: coffee sachet, tea bags for each guest, toilet paper ( 2 rolls per toilet) , 3 in 1 shampoo/body-wash/conditioner & dishwashing powder, these are provided for short stay (1-2 days). Any additional items you require will need to be purchased by you
The property has a 12 metre jetty that you can fish from if you want to try your luck.
Guests have full, sole and complete access to the house, yard and pontoon. Parking is provided with 3 car parks, or free parking in front of the house.

Please Note: This is a family friendly property, we are NOT an event, or party house. We do NOT have and will NOT cater for schoolies, bucks/hens parties, or other large social gatherings.

We are NOT A PARTY, EVENT, FUNCTION, PROPERTY. IT IS STRICTLY NO SMOKING. If you wish to use it for any of these reasons, we would ask you to book elsewhere as we do not condone or want these here. On booking, if you haven't already told us, we will ask for details of your group and information on your trip here to the coast. We do value our wonderful waterfront house and the well being of our neighbours. If we have reports of a party, event, function and / or complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and if necessary ask you to immediately vacate the premises. I cannot stress HIGHLY ENOUGH this is a high quality, luxury house for families, friends and small groups, who want a quiet peaceful time whilst they are here.
The cleaning charge for your stay is levied on a normal clean, if guests have left garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, cigarette butts/smell/burns (which we will have cleaned or repaired) the guest/s will be levied for ALL ADDITIONAL CLEANING AND REPLACEMENT COSTS.
