Thank you for your honest feedback - we appreciate it and rejoice that you loved your stay here. We understand that sandflies and mosquitos are a naturally occurring inconvenience, at certain times of the year. We have large bi-fold doors that open up to the deck area, these are unable to have fly screens. As the house is fully air-conditioned with everything closed at night, this can help with the insects. Regarding the gates: We have many people stay with pets and have never had a complaint about the fencing. As the property is securely fenced. There is a side gate, we apologise if you haven't seen this gate and that we didn't show you. We try our best to keep terms and conditions as clear, simple and fair as possible for everyone, e.g. we inform our guests at the time of booking about the possibility to bring their own linen to avoid extra costs. The extra charge for dogs ($30 per stay) covers the additional cleaning that is necessary, as not all of our guests bring pets.
