The Richmond House is a family-friendly home in the heart of Richmond, Melbourne and located just off the busy main thoroughfare of Bridge Road.

Richmond is a highly sought-after suburb known for the MCG football and its trendy cafes, bars, and restaurants. The area is also home to many boutique shops, art galleries, and parks, making it a popular destination for those looking for a vibrant and cultural lifestyle. The house is conveniently located within walking distance of all these amenities and public transport options, including trams and trains that provide easy access to the rest of Melbourne.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond, and we reserve the right to evict guests.
