The house was fully stocked. Sand toys, beach chairs and a cooler. The kitchen was fully stocked. Check in was a breeze and Brian was very helpful. Very close to downtown, House was set back and very quiet all day. I a few board games would have been really nice.

Fun trip! We had planned to sail over from Ventura and stay on the boat. Last minute pivot due to engine problems. So glad we didn’t have to cancel the trip with our son, visiting from out of town.

This house is amazing. The location is excellent. It was super clean. They had tons of extras, which made for such a great trip to the beach. Everyone slept well. We would stay here again!!

Yep, like everyone else we had a great experience here. Beautiful property - very clean and well-stocked.I appreciated all the kitchen provisions - spices and things like that. Some things in the fridge were probably paid-forward by previous thoughtful guests, and we left some useful ingredients as well. I appreciated the BBQ grill in the back patio, which helped us avoid eating out too much.I appreciated the plethora of beach equipment, which helped us avoid rental costs.If only there was a golf cart included like some other rentals!But seriously: great property, great location, and great vibe. Will stay here again if/when we revisit the island. Highly recommend.

Great place

Clean and well situated. Host was super responsive and the backyard patio with the big dinner table was a nice touch. We had all our meals there and spent a lot of time relaxing there. Would stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful, clean & spacious condo! Perfect location just minutes from the beach and shops. It was a perfect place for our little family to come put our feet up after a long day on the island. The hosts were very communicative and gracious. We had a great stay! Due to unfortunate circumstances we had to stay an extra day. Host was super helpful and easily made the change. We would definitely stay again. Such a cute house and close to everything!

This was an amazing home. Beautiful inside and out with an easy to get to location. The property owners were amazing and couldn't have been more kind to us. The home had more than enough space for the four of us as well. Our next trip to Catalina, we will be seeing if this home is available again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay. We stayed in a similar floor plan last year, but this house is 100% better.Other than some minor cleanliness issue upon arrival the trip was 100% success. (only reason for not 5 stars)Beds were comfortable, backyard was a hit, perfect for those evening dinners...or breakfasts :) Kitchen was fully stocked and had every dish, plate, cookware that we needed. More towels and linens than you'd need.And best of all, working washer and dryer, which was very helpful.We will be back for sure, thank you!

Good location, a bit dated inside

We found this location to be great for all downtown activities in Avalon. Tried to check in early, and owner said he would notify us when cleaning crew was done. Never got that call, despite them being done early. Found all the smoke detectors out of service and notified the owner (the "on island" point of contact) per his request in their pamphlet. Said he couldn't get to the repairs for several weeks as he wasn't on island. My sense is that for a safety item, something should have been done (there are craftsmen and a hardware store on island), but it wasn't. For this reason, we will not be staying in this unit again.

Beautiful and spacious property! Walking distance to everything in Avalon. Comfortable bed, and leather sofa as well. We didn't utilize the grill, but we did spend some relaxing time in the patio.
