To get to this home you’ll drive through the bustling city center and into the Playa de Oro community. This gated beachfront community features quiet streets dotted with swaying palm trees and easy access to a championship-style golf course. This home is located in the center of the community, close to the community pool.

When you arrive, you can park right in the driveway and use a unique keycode to access the lockbox on the front door. The exterior of the home features classic Mexican architecture, large windows, and a private patio. Walk through the front door and into the main living room, where you’ll find comfortable couches, handcrafted furniture, multiple armchairs, authentic Mexican accents, and a TV hidden in a vintage-inspired armoire. The living room flows into a bright and airy dining area, complete with a long table and seating for eight. This is a great place to enjoy a family-style dinner together or open up your laptops, connect to the wifi, and get some work done before heading into town.
 
The chef’s kitchen is an open-concept space with modern appliances and drawers stocked with all of the kitchen essentials you'll need to cook like you do at home. Brew coffee in the coffee maker, pop some bread in the toaster or throw fruit into the blender to make a quick breakfast for the whole family. Use the stove and microwave to make lunches at home or reheat leftovers from The Taco Factory. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with high-top seating, a large sink, whisper quiet dishwasher, a pantry, and expansive counter space to help with meal prep.
  
Continue through the home and you will find the two full bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The bedrooms have been recently upgraded to appeal to the modern traveler and feature comfortable beds, cozy accents, plenty of storage space, and outlets to keep your devices charged. The first bedroom has a King bed and the second bedroom has a Queen. Both feature locally inspired artwork, high-end linens, and built-in storage space. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a deep garden tub and a separate walk-in shower. Intricate tile work, designer finishes, hotel-quality towels, and floor-to-ceiling storage space come together to create a master bathroom that is as beautiful as it is functional. The second full bathroom has a walk-in shower with rainshower features behind glass doors, an elegant vanity with a bowl sink, and subtle nature-inspired accents.

From here you’re minutes from the beach and close to the community’s sparkling pool and waterfront hot tubs.
