Directly across from the community pool, this impressive home makes it easy to enjoy all of the community's incredible amenities. When you walk through the front door, you'll immediately be in the bright and spacious living room. This is a great place to enjoy dinner and a movie, or kick back and relax on one of the two comfortable grey tone sofas. Large windows allow for plenty of natural light, and decorative light fixtures brighten up the space when the sun goes down. There is a flat-screen TV in the living room, so you and the family can binge-watch your favorite shows even when you're on vacation.

The living room transitions effortlessly into the nicely equipped kitchen. There is an elevated breakfast bar with bistro-style seating that separates the kitchen from the living room. This is a comfortable and casual place to enjoy breakfast in the morning or enjoy cocktails after a busy day at the beach. Grab a seat at the breakfast bar and hold a conversation with people in the kitchen and in the living room at the same time.

This home can sleep two guests.  If you guest bring an airbed, two more guests welcome for maximum occupancy of four guests.

With a soft comforter, name-brand linens, and plenty of soft pillows, this bed will make it easy to fall fast asleep after a busy day at the pool or the beach. Large windows are hidden behind a sheer curtain, allowing plenty of natural light to brighten up the space while also offering plenty of privacy. This room features hardwood floors, decorative light fixtures, and a private bathroom. The master bathroom is complete with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower, modern bowl sink, and beautiful vanity area.
 
Across the hall from the master bedroom is a half bath. Here you'll find a simple vanity area with contemporary bowl sink and bathroom basics like soap and shampoo.
 
Early risers will love sneaking out to the front patio in the morning and enjoying a cup of coffee with a view. This private condo is set directly off of the community pool, giving you easy access to this refreshing amenity. This intimate patio area is a great place to enjoy lunch in the shade and a quiet place to get some fresh air.
 
When you stay in this beautiful condo, you have the entire place to yourself. You also have access to every room and amenity the condo has to offer. Staying in La Hacienda means you also have access to the community pool and the local beach access point. This home is just minutes from local grocery stores, restaurants, bars, sidewalk boutiques, and El Malecon. You can literally see the community pool from your front porch, making it simple to throw on your bathing suit, grab a towel, and take a few steps over to the sparkling resort-style pool whenever you feel like it. This home is only 10 minutes south of downtown San Felipe.

Monthly rentals at a special rate are offerred November - March.  To see the rate, reservation dates must be in 30 night increments.  Entering 29 nights will not give the monthly rate.

Check-in after 8PM is $25 extra.  Plase check in between 3PM - 8PM.
