This architectural gem with a mix of industrial, mid-century modern, and contemporary finishes offers all the comforts of home plus more. The recently constructed building has been adorned with high-quality finishes, hardwood floors, and resort-style amenities. Access the second-level living room from the shared staircase and enter the bright and beautiful interior, illuminated by cascades of natural light coming in through the large windows and slider doors. Spread out on the cozy, leather couch or claim the matching armchair for yourself before turning on one of the many streaming services we offer on the HDTV. More blankets are available in the storage closet, along with extra hangers and space to hang outerwear.
The open-concept living room flows to a dining area where a small circular dining table has been perfectly positioned in front of a window to take advantage of the views. Next to the dining space is the modern kitchen, where a functional bar adds additional seating. Polished, stained oak cabinetry surrounds the full suite of stainless steel appliances– including a gas range stove, over-the-range microwave, large refrigerator, and powerful dishwasher. The kitchen is also stocked with extra gadgets such as a toaster oven, air fryer, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Pristine ivory countertops and a subway tile backsplash complete this chic space. Off the kitchen is a half-bathroom and a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer.
Up the staircase leads to the main sleeping quarters, where two bedrooms and two bathrooms are. The first bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom has been furnished with a gorgeous king-size wooden bed, matching bedside tables, and a mounted flat screen TV. Wake up to the natural sunlight from the private balcony or keep the blinds closed for extra seclusion. Dreaming of a luxury bathroom with amenities on par with those at the spa? Look no further than past the barn door, double vanities, a huge walk-in shower, stunning tile floors, and vast walk-in closet. Well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and soaps, and hotel-grade towels.
Two more rooms are also on this floor, one of them being furnished as an office/work space and the other as a traditional bedroom. Centered in the bedroom is a queen-size platform bed made with delicately soft sheets and pillows. Connect to the ultra-fast wifi and take advantage of the home office setup that has an L-shaped desk, desk chairs, and a desktop computer. Both bedrooms also have closets for extra storage. The shared full bathroom is sizable and chic, giving guests the option to soak after a long day or take a stimulating rinse in the shower/tub combo. Personal hygiene products are supplied, and space for your own toiletries is available under the large vanity sink.
An extra private third bedroom can be found on the lower level with its own en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The mini fridge and microwave are conveniently provided for those late-night snacks when you don’t want to walk upstairs! Also in the bedroom is a desk and chair, matching bedside tables, and a flatscreen TV. The light-filled bathroom reflects the beauty of the external setting. The shower/bath set the mood for relaxation and a large single vanity makes for a highly lavish setup. Aside from being calming and stylish, the bedroom and ensuite feel secluded from the rest of the home.
The best views can be found at the very top of the rooftop deck, reached by the spiral staircase. The sky-high getaway is a prime entertaining space and a go-to spot for hosting family and friends. Turn on the cozy fire pit table, claim one of the patio chairs, and watch the skies and stars after a day of adventuring. If you prefer feeling the grass between your toes, step outside to the level backyard and bask in the sun while letting the dogs run around.

We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.
Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

The Neighborhood:
Stay in the heart of a great neighborhood near historic Old Colorado City, discovering all the amazing restaurants and shops they have to offer. The street where the townhome is located is quiet and residential, while still being in close proximity to the lively Downtown. During June through October, visit the Old Colorado City Farmer’s Market every Saturday where over 20 vendors set up booths and sell goods. After you’re finished shopping at the Farmer’s Market, continue walking down the streets to grab a tasty meal at a local bistro, shop the boutiques, or browse the local art galleries.
You’ll be a short drive from multiple parks and recreational areas, including Bristol Park and America the Beautiful Park. There are a number of nearby food options for a sit-down meal like New American cuisine from 503W or order delivery and eat at home from Mactory Mac N Cheese. With Downtown being just 6 minutes away, you’ll never run out of exciting things to do and see! Catch a show at the Pikes Peak music venue, try a delicious cocktail at Bar-K, or check out some vintage hot rods at the Rocky Mountain Motorcycle Museum.

Although there are plenty of restaurants, bars, cafés, shops, breweries and outdoor recreational opportunities close to this property (within walking distance), we recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region.
