Summary:
Cozy up in this modest bungalow suitable for up to 8 guests and 2 pups in a convenient location. Shops and restaurants are around the corner, with a number of local favorites such as CogStone Brewing within walking distance. Natural escape is at your doorstep, with Palmer Park and Austin Bluffs to the West: a foreground to that gorgeous view of the Rockies!

The Space:
Take advantage of your time in CO, with endless opportunities for unique eating, shopping and experiences, you won’t want to sleep a wink!

You’ll find this 4BDRM home equally economical and cozy, located conveniently near shops and restaurants. The immaculate entryway greets guests with a comfy lounge area to the left, decked out with a fireplace and boardgames. A large TV in the living area is set up for movie nights in, after enjoying a crisp Colorado evening … stars and all!

The home is filled with thoughtful touches like blackout shades, extra pillows and blankets, and a games room with air hockey and foosball tables. Each of the 3 BDRMS has a full or queen sized bed, with quality linens and fluffy pillows. Only 1 bedroom is downstairs, with the other 2 upstairs neighboring the kitchen and dining area.

All essential modern appliances fill the eat-in kitchen--perfect for cooking up a storm or just making a cuppa’ joe in the morning. The kitchen bar and spacious layout allows for many people to pile in and enjoy the illuminated space. Light pours in from glass patio doors, which lead out into the back yard. Hardwood floors sweep the dining area, with modern fixtures and a large round table providing guests an opportunity to eat family-style.

The upstairs bathroom is stocked with all the necessities, as well as a tub for soaking after a long day ‘venturing around CO. Your modest vacation will be complemented by the feeling of relaxation in this home away from home. Let the inviting space comfort you on a cold evening, or throw open the windows for some of that fresh Colorado air — your brightly lit, multi-level vacation rental awaits!

Don’t miss out on the convenience of this property’s location, as you’ll be staying just moments from the natural beauty of Palmer Park. This is an expansive nature preserve with many hiking, biking, and dog-walking trails of varying difficulties in the center of town … a total local favorite! From there you can glimpse a fantastic view of Colorado Springs and other, world-class notables such as Garden of the Gods to the west, the Air Force Academy to the north, and of course, our own stunning Pikes Peak (“America’s Mountain!”).

Near the home there are endless shopping, food, and entertainment options. Some favorites include CogStone Brewing for beers and burgers, and Wooglin’s Deli & Cafe for locally roasted coffee and hefty sandwiches. Brush Crazy has fun for family members big and small, with DIY arts and crafts, and pottery!

After so much time exploring the outstanding natural wonders of Colorado, visitors love to explore Downtown or Old Colorado Springs to enjoy local eateries and artisanal shopping. Getting Around:
There are many natural attractions extremely close by and also restaurants/bars/coffee shops within walking distance but we recommend using an Uber, Lyft, or having your own rental car when coming to Colorado Springs. A bike too! RIDE Colorado!

Other Things to Note:
ATTENTION:
AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.
* We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc.
* Max 3 dogs ($75 per dog). We kindly ask that you clean up after dogs. Additional fees can incur if professional carpet cleaning is required or excessive dog hair is on the beds and/or furniture. Service animals exempt from fees. No other animals allowed unless they are certified service animals.!
* No smoking or vaping (of any kind) indoors, you will lose your security deposit and pay an extra cleaning fee.
* Garbage and Recycling bins are located to the left side of the house. Please let us know if the trash is overflowing - we will fix that for you!
* Access Garden of the Gods by walking or riding a few hundred yards due north on 36th St. Trail access is right at the end of 36th, at Temple.
* Central AC
*Pellet fireplace available for only those who are familiar with how to use it. Please use with caution.

* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check-in. No other animals are permitted unless they are Certified service animals. There are no charges for service animals.
