The villa showcases the best of traditional Puerto Vallarta coastal architecture with natural stone walls, open brick work & one of the tallest Palapas in the area.



The main level is an open concept entertaining area with living, dining & very well equipped kitchen all flowing out to the main terrace with a heated pool with lounging areas & outdoor dining. Down 2 levels step out to one of the best sandy beaches in Conchas Chinas and enjoy the villas great beach toys provided.

Minimum rental: 5 nights, exception Christmas & New Years Weeks with 7 night minimum per each holiday

Pool heated to approx. 84 F from Nov 01-Apr 30 only can be heated during summer for an additional fee
