Spacious house. Large master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom with double sinks and shower/ bathtub. 2 Second floor bedrooms. 1 kingsize bed and 1 queen bed. 1 second floor bathroom with walk in glass shower stall. Kitchen has large stainless steel fridge, induction cooktop and oven, dishwasher and microwave. Fully equipped. 1st floor has a bunkbed, double on the bottom, single on top. Room is divided from entrance way with privacy curtains. Half bathroom. An additional single adult sized roll up cot can be set up in any room. Washer & dryer available. Large deck with bbq with a stunning lake view. Additional deck down by the water overlooking private dock. Gorgeous rock beach perfect for skipping stones.

There is a 1 bedroom suite adjacent to the property. The 2 tenants have a designated parking space on the driveway and use of the lake access and laundry facilities. They access the laundry room through an outside door. There is an inside door to the laundry that can stay locked for privacy. The garages and lower basement will be locked and not accessible.
