Located on the beautiful Southern shore of Shuswap lake, the Blind Bay area is a wonderful spot for family vacations and romantic getaways. Boating, swimming and beach access are just some of the features you get when you rent this property.
Designed to ensure seclusion from the rest of the property, the private entrance leads you to your beautiful suite with large covered deck. Accommodations sleep 8 with 2 bedrooms, each having a queen bed. One room also has a set of twin bunk beds. A queen pull out bed chesterfield is located in the living area. Washer & dryer are located in the suite for your use. The bathroom has a sink, toilet & shower stall. Air conditioned for your comfort during the hot summer days along with ceiling fans. Open kitchen overlooks the deck & lake as you prepare amazing holiday meals for family & friends. Patio furniture for 8 plus lounges for relaxing & watching family down at the lake shore. Curtains on the deck can be closed to provide shade & relief from the intense heat. Full size natural gas BBQ & side burner for you use. Grassy area for games.

The large private beach and dock is shared, and renters have use of their own private buoy allowing for easy boat usage during the week.

Our stay was everything we hoped for—a cozy, well-stocked retreat perfect for my wife, our 9 lb. dog, and me. The hosts were friendly and accessible when needed, yet always respectful of our privacy. We found the perfect rhythm of quiet moments watching sunsets from the patio, scenic bike rides, and reconnecting with family over dinner at Finz. A truly relaxing getaway.

Lovely stay

The retreat is a carriage suite attached but separated from the owner’s home. It is a beautiful property with a gorgeous view, and across the street to a small private beach with dock and fire pit. The owners are a lovely couple with two adorable dogs. They were responsive and friendly while also respecting our privacy. The only downside was noise from fast drivers when you’re enjoying meals/views on the outside deck, but that’s not something the owners can control.I highly recommend this retreat and would stay again!

Amazing Stay

Great property set up and hosts. So many bonuses. Truck and boat parking at property as well as a buoy to moor the boat right by the dock. Very impressed with everything and would definitely stay again.

Our family has been vacationing in BC's Okanagan and Shuswap areas for years and have always had a wonderful time. We love the lake and all of the year-round recreational opportunities. In 2011 we were able to realize a dream and purchase our own vacation home.

My husband & I love meeting people and providing an environment for families, friends and work associates to relax, sit back and enjoy! For more than ten years, we have been providing vacation rentals for people to enjoy our little piece of paradise.

We are an active family and enjoy the ability to hike, bike, ski, kayak and swim directly from our cabin.

Blind Bay and nearby Sorrento are great communities offering many amenities including some great local restaurants, pubs, cafes, ice cream vendors, fantastic bakery and grocery, and medical clinic.

There are a number of local businesses nearby that we enjoy touring such as the wineries and cheese factory. And it is a tradition for my family to go to the Enderby drive-in movie theatre at least once each year!

Additionally, we are near the larger centre of Salmon Arm for any must haves or forgotten items!
