Perfect location for our first trip to Folly Beach! The view & beach access were amazing! The rooms were lovely & felt upscale with plenty of room for our party of 4. It would have been a very comfortable stay even adding 2 more people. Great place!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach home. The house was very clean and well-maintained, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. One of our favorite features was the beautiful view from the porch—it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery. The location was also excellent, with restaurants, shops, and other attractions within easy walking distance. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

This rental was absolutely perfect. It was so clean, beautiful and roomy. The beds are very comfy and the master bathroom is amazing. The view of the ocean from the balcony is so peaceful. The property is a perfect location for walking to restaurants and fun! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great unit! Loved the bathroom designs and finishes-walk-in showers! Private porches on both sides of the unit were great! Comfortable furniture. There was a small beverage fridge in the unit that was really beneficial. We have rented many of the units in this building and 302 was the best by far. One of the few that has been updated in the last 4-5 years. The only downside for us was that the covered parking is very tight and you can’t park under cover if you have a large vehicle such as a full size pickup truck. But there is open lot parking available. We would rent here again!

This property was amazing; it was right on the beach, you could hear the ocean waves the entire time. The apartment was clean and spacious, with space for a family of 4 plus 2 grandparent. Highly recommend.

The unit was very clean!! We really appreciated that! Thank you for supplying enough of bed pillows, with very comfortable beds. We loved the porch seating and the games and puzzles. I would highly recommend this unit!

This were our second time staying in Folly Beach. We love the town and this unit was in a great location (walking distance to everything downtown) and excellent views of the beach/ocean from large balcony.

Fantastic views and location!

This property did not disappoint! It was exactly as advertised - beautiful beachfront location, clean and airy interior, convenient location to downtown Folly Beach, quiet and handicapped accessible for me! We would definitely recommend it and look forward to staying again sometime in the future!

We recently stayed in 302 Ocean Point Villas, location is excellent and the condo was perfectly outfitted & very clean. Couldn't have asked for a better view! We had a little trouble with the elevator during our stay, but MyOceanRental was very responsive & helpful. We would stay here again & recommend to friends and family.

Family trip

My husband and 3 kids stayed here over Memorial Day weekend. The condo is perfectly located by the beach and within walking distance to everything. There was plenty of room for all of us. The beds and pillows were super comfy, bathrooms were large and seemed to be newly remodeled. I would 100% stay here again!

Great Stay for Girls’ Weekend

I brought my daughters and my mom to Folly Beach for my mom’s 79th birthday week. We had a blast and relaxed so well. The condo was perfect! We loved walking on the beach and watching the crowd from the spacious deck. We look forward to coming back again and bringing our husbands!

Beautiful Folly Beach Rental

We had a wonderful stay and the property is just as described. Great layout with 3 bedrooms and separate bathrooms for our 3 parties, oversized balcony with comfortable outdoor furniture, great location in walking distance to restaurants and small shops. Check in was easy and on time and amazing communication throughout. Loved our visit, the relaxation of Folly Beach, and historical charm of Charleston.

The property was amazing! My daughter, grandchildren, and I were very comfortable in the condo, loved having the elevator and private entrance, and the beach access was convenient for something that isn't actually on the beach. The only glitch was something that proved to be expensive. We came to the beach for this particular weekend because it was the 1 year anniversary of the death of my son-in-law. I guess we just weren't thinking, so we never got the parking permit cards from the condo to the cars. My daughter was taking her girls out to eat on Sunday night, and the car was...gone. She found a phone number for a towing service, talked to them, found that the car was 30 minutes away, and would cost 225 to get it back, even though we had a card. So, future renters, be warned. We didn't let it ruin the trip, but it was still a bitter pill to swallow.
