Just 7 miles from downtown Traverse City, this riverfront home is a retreat off the beaten path, but still close enough to get to the other things Traverse City has to offer. The cottage sits on close to 5 acres (most of it being across the river, added privacy) along the banks of the Boardman River, a blue-ribbon trout stream with the ability to fly fish right outside your home or drive about a mile downstream and tube back for a wonderful BBQ.

Sleeps 8 with an adjustable King bed upstairs with a private bathroom with shower and soaking bath, 2 bedrooms with Queen beds and a Queen sleeper sofa, on the main level with a bathroom. A large open kitchen-dining-living area with magnificent stone gas- fireplace and Central Air. In addition to its own private river frontage, it has a large swim spa, outdoor sauna, and outdoor shower! Also, there is a game room/man cave with a bar, pool table, darts, and TV. The firepit is something to see, beach sand and 8 Adirondack chairs surround it for a peaceful night star gazing! Also, the home has a putting green to practice.

Enjoy kayaking, canoeing, inner-tubing, swimming, fishing, fly fishing, morel mushrooming, bird watching, or catching a glimpse of a deer or other wildlife in the area! 16 miles to Flint Fields for the Horses By the Bay Horse Show.
