While I really enjoy this complex and the views it offers of the ocean I was not impressed with the cleanliness of this particular condo. I feel like the unit only gets a surface clean between rentals and could use a deep clean and some maintenance. Examples of issues were mold in master shower tile and shower head, blood on sheets in master bedroom, something resembling maybe snot of master bed comforter, grease on skillet, broken sliding glass door handle in living room, sliding glass door from master bedroom to balcony was almost impossible to open, headboard in one of the additional bedrooms was not attached to frame and moved consistently when sleeping, vacuumed mid week to keep sand from building up and found trash under furniture and beds, and lastly one of the showers made a horrible screeching when being used. It wasn’t a horrible visit or stay but was definitely not the “excellent and clean” condition I had read about or hoped for.

This unit is professionally cleaned prior to every arrival and personally inspected by us to ensure it is guest-ready. We were not contacted at any point during your week-long stay regarding any of the concerns mentioned. Our team is highly responsive and available throughout every stay, and we encourage guests to reach out immediately so we can address any issues in real time. This guest had our cell phone number, and the office is on the first floor. Had we been notified, we would have taken immediate steps to resolve any issue. Some of the items referenced—such as cleanliness concerns, maintenance issues, and conditions within the unit—are not consistent with how this property is prepared and maintained. We take these comments seriously and will review them with our housekeeping and maintenance teams. However, we stand behind the thoroughness of our cleaning and inspection process. For future guests, we encourage open communication throughout your stay to ensure everything meets expectations. We are committed to providing a clean, well-maintained property and responsive service at all times.

Spring Break

Time with adult kids and this place had room for all us and the amenities were perfect for our group. Parking was super close and the elevators access was always timely. Love the views from our room! We would stay again!

The 6th floor was very easy in terms of accessing the elevator. The pool was such great option. The whole complex was great, we felt safe and very comfortable. The unit includes a rental of 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella, so convenient. The unit was very clean with very nice furnishings, and each bedroom having its own bathroom is fantastic. We will definitely stay at this unit again.

SPRING TRIP

Everything was great. The only problem we had was having to go down everyday before 7:00 to secure the beach set up. Had I known I would have just rented my own set up for the week instead of the one included. That should be explained in the info when you get the entry codes. I looked on line and the date for reserving the chairs was 2 days from date of reserving. Even getting our while he was setting them up there was very few front row setups available.

Would be five stars if not for the beach service and lack of communication

Loved, loved the property. A few kitchen items were old so we picked up scissors and a decent wine opener. We liked it so much I sent a message to the rental company to book for next year-never received an answer. This was not the first time as I never got a response to a message earlier in the summer. Clean unit, but the bed pads were worn and disgusting. Linens should be serviced and covers should fit the beds. The king bed had a queen comforter. The part we had issue with was the La Vida Loca beach service. We had two chairs and umbrella that came with the unit. I’m on vacation so getting up at 6:30am to secure a spot was not going to happen. Only after calling the rental company did we have the same chairs for the remainder of our stay. The beach attendant had the nerve to approach us and ask why we called and complained. I spoke to the rental company in August before we came down after seeing multiple people say this was an issue. We did not need front row, just a convenient spot for a 78 year old. Sadly he lost on a great tip as I don’t pay for poor service and attitude. We will come back to Navarre, but we will choose a different company to assist. Vacation should not be difficult. The views are stunning. The property very well maintained. I hope the owners ask more of the company who is representing their interest.

Great Home and Location

We had 3 couples in the rental and had plenty of room for all. The property is just as listed. It was very clean inside and around the property. You saw several workers working throughout the day cleaning windows, elevators, landscaping, community room, pool etc. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire property. The beach and view is beautiful. We took an extra umbrella and chairs to use in addition to the one that is available with the rental. We were able to store our chairs in the storage unit which made it very convenient. The exercise room is small, however it had everything needed to exercise each morning. We walked to Andy D's and Windjammers on the Pier for dinner. Andy D's was very good and would recommend. Windjammers was good for drinks after walking the pier. We were not impressed with their food quality. We also ate at the Grillhouse Steak and Seafood. The food quality and service was outstanding, would definitely recommend. A couple of recommendations to make your stay perfect, take your own pillow. The pillows were not very good. One of the bedrooms has a window that lets light in. If you are a light sleeper take a mask. The dryer did not dry very good; so be prepared if you plan to dry clothes and towels. The ice machine produced lots of ice, however it doesn't work on the outside of the door. The property manager communicated very well and when we had an issue responded quickly. This was a beautiful property and would highly recommend to make your vacation one to remember. We have never stayed on Navarro beach and it was less crowded than Destin and Panama city. We were looking for a relaxing vacation on the beach with family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was a great condo, great location with beautiful views. Elevators all worked and were fast. I have to brag on this kitchen, it literally gave me the happy giggles. It was equipped with EVERYTHING you needed plus some. I have rented many condos, etc and they all have one set of basic cooking utensils and equipment. Not 6D! Muffin tins, sheet pans, pizza pans, oversized skillet, grilling utensils, mixing bowls, Tupperware, spatulas. It was amazing and so helpful. I was able to cook breakfast every morning and dinner 4 nights of our stay. Enough about the kitchen, the pool is huge and never got too crowded. Everything worked as it should and was pretty spacious. Beds were okay, pillows need upgrading. My cons for the condo...bathroom shower on the right squeaks and you can hear it throughout the condo, master shower head was disgustingly filthy, need more seating in the living room. There were 6 of us and we couldn’t all sit in the living space together unless we sat at the nook or table. There is a trundle under the twin bed which was neat if we needed more space. Security were nice and not too picky. Fire inspection happened on our trip, a little noisy but not too inconvenient. Thankful they worked with Grocery Concierge to deliver my groceries on our way in. We loved the huge balcony, you get the best wind on the right side. Over all we had a great stay and would stay here again.

Beach Colony is a wonderful gated resort that is very family friendly and a prime location on the beach. Communication for the rental was wonderful! The condo was spacious and clean and very cozy. My only issues were one of the guest bathroom showers squealed very loudly and the main bedroom bed/mattress was uncomfortable-it might be time for a new mattress. Other than that, the condo was fantastic! Will definitely be back!

Great view but quite disappointed with the furniture.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we have rented at Navarre for three years and this unit was a disappointment in the following areas: the mattresses on each bed need to be replaced (all five of us ended up with backaches),lights under cabinets and above the sink were broken, one of the two recliners was broken with exposed metal, the sofa was soiled and just worn out and needs to be replaced as well as the two living room recliners, spare pillows had no pillow cases.
