We really enjoyed our stay here at The Shell House. Very clean, well appointed and decorated in an Old Florida style. The outdoor areas- there are several- are spacious and private. The beach is a couple of minutes walk out of the driveway. We were three adult couples, and although the 3rd bedroom is smaller than the other two bedrooms, we would highly recommend this property and reserve it again. The host/manager was very responsive and quick to answer any time we had a question. Great location because it’s on the quieter end, but still just a quick frog hopper into SKV.

Beautiful home and was exactly as shown in the pictures! Easy walk to the beach! Kitchen had all of the items that could ever be needed! Would definitely stay again!

Enjoyed our stay

Nice place, great location and private pool. Kitchen / dining area a bit small for 5 adults. Bedrooms were spacious and baths updated.

Awesome location. Friends stayed at the Surf and Racquet Club which is right next door. Super short easy walk to the beach to meet up. Pool was great. All outdoor spaces on this property are perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Spacious comfortable and well decorated indoor spaces. We had a great time. Would come back!

My family had a great time enjoying the house and pool. The house and pool were very clean and Jana our property manager was very attentive! The house including many things that we needed and is newly renovated with lots of upgrades. The walk to the beach is very easy and private. Kids loved having access to a pool and beach! We will definitely visit again!

Loved this home! Pool was a plus for us and the private beach. Super easy to check in and manager was very attentive with any needs. Home is beautiful and well stocked for all our needs. Will definitely be coming back.

Beautiful oasis

Loved this house. The pool and backyard were private and spotless. The inside was recently renovated with lots of comfortable furniture and bedrooms with en suites for all. Property manager was so responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this place!

Perfect Family vacation stay

The property was exactly as described. The property manager was very attentive and checked in with us to make sure we were all set on arrival and quickly answered any questions we had. The multiple bathrooms and bedrooms ensured each group had their own space while the common areas were very comfortable. The pool area allowed for some sun or shade, whatever your preference. And steps from the beach. We had a fabulous stay.

Excellent property

The property was great. Me my wife and 6 of our kids stayed 3 days here. We never felt crowded or uncomfortable. Inside and out was perfect. Most of all Jana!!! She is incredible. Goes above and beyond to make sure is amazing. My kids forgot some clothes and we had no idea. Jana contacted me yesterday and mailed them back to me. Highly recommend!

Annual family vacation

This was our first time visiting this area and we totally fell in love with it. The house is older but has been updated nicely. The check in process was super easy and the manager was quick to respond to any questions we had. The beach is just a few steps away as it states on the listing. A very easy walk. There was a beach buggy, chairs, and umbrellas provided. The beach was not overly crowded which was an unexpected surprise! The private pool was very relaxing and enjoyable. We will definitely stay again! My husband and myself as well as our teenage son and my twenty year old daughter has an abundance of room.

We had a wonderful week-long stay at this beautiful home with our family, including five kids! The 3-bedroom, 4-bath layout gave everyone plenty of space, and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation.The pool was a huge hit with the kids and gave us the perfect option for relaxing at home when we weren’t at the beach. The location was fantastic—just a short distance from the beach and close to everything Siesta Key has to offer.After a busy day at the beach, it was so nice to come back to a spacious home, enjoy the pool, and unwind. The house was clean, comfortable, and well equipped for our group. Having four bathrooms was especially convenient with five kids!We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come back. It was the perfect home base for a fun and memorable family vacation on Siesta Key!
