There are three separate houses which can sleep a total of up to 14 people.
The large coastal home sleeps up to 8 people and features an oversized, modern, fully equipped,
kitchen and open plan living opening which steps out onto a covered entertainment area with a
BBQ. There are 2 separate living areas, 4 bedrooms and a Hot outdoor shower to wash off all the
sand after a relaxing day at the beach or river.
The studio sleeps up to 4 people and is stylish, newly renovated and fully self-contained. Take in the
warm sunshine in the stunning front garden which looks towards the golf-course and mountains.
The studio contains a kitchenette, containing a kettle, toaster, mini-fridge, electric wok/frypan, plug-
in induction cooker (2 burner), microwave and bench-top oven/grill, washing machine & dryer.
The 2-storey guest house sleeps up to 4 people and is a spacious and serene space located at the
back of the property. With stunning mountain views and extra space to relax, you won't want to
leave this beautiful guesthouse. The guest house has a gorgeous kitchen and your own private
outdoor lounge space to sit back and relax after a fun day at the beach.
Guests will have access to the entire property and will book the 3 houses available at Minnamurra
Retreat. Please be aware that the garage may be accessed from time to time, but this is done
through a separate entrance that does not disturb your privacy.
Minnamurra Retreat is conveniently located just a stone’s throw from the clean, tidal waters of
Minnamurra River and local beaches, which are ideal for SUPing, kayaking, surfing or fishing
enthusiasts, and just around the corner from Kiama Golf Club. Just a short 5 minutes’ drive south is
Kiama township and a short 10 minutes’ drive north is Shellharbour Village. Take a walk through the
Bonaira Native Garden rainforest walk, visit the Kiama Blowhole, Minnamurra Rainforest walk,
Jamberoo Action Park or simply spend the afternoon at one of the local famous beaches, wineries or
brewery. Looking for a great way to spend the day, walk the Kiama Coastal Path and visit one of the
many great places in Kiama for lunch or dinner
The home is a short drive away from the picturesque Gerringong, where you can spend the day
wining and dining, continue on to Gerroa to visit the spectacular 7-mile beach.
For your added comfort, the large coast home has ducted air conditioning throughout. The studio
and guest house are both air-conditioned.
