Our home is full of character with a full brick interior. We have recently renovated the kitchen and styled with some modern costal photographs.
This home is perfect for two small families, with plenty of space inside and only a quick walk to the beach.
Outside you will find a pool and pool area with two deck chairs and a table. You will love spending hours lounging around outside, enjoying a refreshing dip on the pool.
The Dining/lounge room is is large enough to sprawl out and watch a movie on the smart TV.
Features of this space:

- 2 comfortable eather lounges with ottoman
- stylish side tables with lamps
- netflix access through Smart TV
- high speed wifi with unlimited data so you can stream your favourite TV shows to your hearts content
- shelving unit with cook books and board games
The family room is separated from the lounge room by the entry way. The family room is just off the kitchen. It has a view of the garden and is a nice place to relax and read a book, or set the kids up with a board game.
This space has:
- two leather lounges
- coffee table and a side tables
The kitchen is brand new as of December 2020. We love timber and tied this love into the home by installing wooden look uppers and modern white cupboards with a beautiful stone bench top. This kitchen has all of the modern appliances that you need to whip up a Masterchef meal.

The master bedroom is the largest of all of the bedrooms. It has a view of the garden and has the following features:

Bedroom two is the second largest bedroom, it is a very sunny room.
Features include:
- queen bed

Bedroom 3 and 4 are smaller bedrooms, they are cosy but fully functional. They contain:
- double bed
- linen and extra blankets
- wardrobe
The bathrooms were renovated about 7 years ago. There is a bath, shower, vanity in the master. Please note the master bathroom does not contain a toilet. The toilet is located in the laundry. The ensuite has a toilet, vanity and shower. For your convenience, we provide all towels, sheets, linen, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.
There is a large outdoor glass table and chairs to seat 8 people. We also have a large BBQ with gas bottle and BBQ tongs.
We provide you with access to the large double garage so that you can safely store your car, bikes, trikes, scooters, jet ski, surf boards etc.
Strictly no pets and no smoking.
