Check-in and out are via door code. Our caretaker may meet you at check-in

We have a quiet lovely neighborhood that`s wonderful for a great walk. we are close to kierland, desert ridge, Paradise village, the 51 and the 101 freeways. It doesn`t get any better location wise!

Phoenix and Scottsdale are driving cities. you will need a car. however there is ample Uber available for you

we are not equipped for loud rambunctious gatherings. normal family level noise and activity is fine.

Absolutely no parties. We live in a quiet lovely neighborhood with HOA mandated quiet hours from 10pm until 8am.
We are not well suited for loud large gatherings and parties. Outdoor quiet hours are 10 to 8am. we`ve never had any issues with normal family type noises. However our neighborhood rules require noise to be kept to normal residential levels and no parties for Airbnbs. violations will immediately terminate your stay without refund.
