Großbild-Fernseher im Wohnzimmer mit großen Schnitt. Uriges Familienzimmer mit Küche und Fernseher und Schlafsofa. Die voll ausgestattete Küche bietet eine sonnige Frühstücksecke mit Blick auf den großen Pool mit Baja-Regal zum Sonnen. Küchentisch mit 6 Stühlen und 2 Barhockern beim Frühstück bar. Granit und Edelstahl-Geräte. Master-Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett und einem Zweisitzer-Schlafsofa und einem Fernseher aufgeteilt. Master-Bad verfügt über eine separate Dusche und Badewanne und großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Zwei weitere Schlafzimmer haben jeweils Queen-Size-Betten. Wifi ist im Preis inbegriffen! So ist der beheizte Pool! Dieser fabelhafte Pool wurde vor kurzem im Jahr 2016 installiert! Schöner Innenhof mit mexikanischen Pflastern. Überdachte Terrasse vor dem Haus und eine überdachte Ramada mit Tisch und Stühlen. Grill im Freien inbegriffen. Künstliches Gras im Hinterhof, grünes Gras in der Frontseite. Es gibt komfortable Gartenmöbel im Garten und zwei Wippen auf der Terrasse im Vorgarten. Ca. 1,6 km vom Mayo Hospital, der 101 North, ca. 5 Minuten von den Phoenix Open und der Westworld (Barrett Jackson, Arabian Horse Show) entfernt. Kierland und das Viertel Scottsdale befinden sich etwa 5 Meilen im Osten und City North und Desert Ridge können in etwa 4 Minuten nach NW genossen werden. Beautiful pool and well stocked kitchen for cooking. Comfortable and spacious living room. Close to Kierland and Mayos as well as highway access. All major needs for groceries, coffee, etc within a mile. Quiet neighborhood. We came to visit family and it served our needs well.

Perfect for family gathering

Absolutely lovely, comfortable home with all the amenities, perfect location, rooms comfortable, great central area and kitchen— and beautiful sitting areas out back around the pool. Comfortable alternative to hotel for family visit

Sold out and high priced hotels lead us to VRBO alternative for a spontaneous visit to family nearby . Having a clean, comfortable home to share ended up being superior to separate hotel rooms. The neighborhood was convenient for our needs, although not as appealing as a resort would be for a vacation experience. Owner was readily available by text, and house is in good condition. We appreciated the professionalism in how house is presented and managed.

Lovely stay!

We had a lovely stay at Janet’s house. Nice neighborhood. House was clean. The pool was really nice. Furniture and bedding were comfy. Nice big family room with sectional and tv with cable. WiFi was good. Communication was easy and very accommodating. No complaints at all! Would happily stay here again.

Lovely Property in a Sweet Neighborhood

We loved this home and will definitely book it again for our next visit to Scottsdale. The yard and patio were perfect for relaxing and playing with our dogs and we enjoyed our walks throughout the neighborhood. This was our third VRBO rental in the last 15 months -- the first two were in Del Mar, CA -- and this Scottsdale home was, by far, the cleanest and had the best furnishings. Highly recommend!

Great Location

The home is in a quiet well kept neighborhood and is close to Kierland shopping and restaurants. We were there during the extreme heat, so too hot to use the outdoor space but stayed very comfortable inside. Janet’s quick response and the instructions made it easy for us once we arrived. We felt at home immediately!

Oasis in the desert

We enjoyed our long weekend at this lovely home, despite the Scottsdale temps being over 110 degrees. The pool was nice and the back yard was private, quiet and fun for the doggies. Cable television on all 3 TVs was a plus. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had all that we needed. Communication with the property manager was perfect. One note for future stays: the chandelier in the living room is quite low. If you are more than 5 feet tall, don't stand up from the couch too fast without looking! We hung a clothes hanger from it as a reminder. Haha! All in all a wonderful, relaxing stay and we hope to return.

Perfect Summer Getaway

This was our third time staying at this home and it won’t be our last. The location is fantastic for us. 7 minutes to Desert Ridge shopping and entertainment area, as well minutes to local stores should you need to pick up last minute supplies. The home has a well stocked kitchen with most anything that you will need. The star of the house for us was the pool area. The water temperature was perfect for the typical Phoenix summer heat. Perfect location

This was our second stay at this property and it was great both times. Both trips were for medical procedures; one at Mayo and one at the Joint Replacement Center at Scottsdale. The location was perfect for both. We really liked being able to bring our dog. Janet was a wonderful host.

Great Vacation Home!

We really wanted a house with a pool already in, but the pools in this area were mostly put in when the homes were built, so they looked tired. We decided to buy a home without a pool and have one put in the way we wanted. We really love this house and guests seem to love it too.

You will love the fireplace and soaring ceilings. The pool has a baja shelf which is great for keeping cool while sunning or extra fun for little kids. Supreme location. A little over mile south of Mayo, and just a couple miles from Kierland and Scottsdale Quarters. Its also great for the golf tournament and the Barrett Jackson Car Show and the Arabian Horse Show. We do have a 50-amp plug in the garage for an EV charger. 50 AMP for EV Charging The home is approximately 2089 square feet with a 2 car attached garage and privately fenced yard. Nice quiet neighborhood! Newer pool and very private yard. Easy drive to many choices of shopping and restaurants. Close to the Mayo Hospital. "This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinances. Guests have access to the whole house, yard, and pool. There is a 2-car attached garage and an indoor laundry room. We provide a comfortable, clean home. If there are questions or concerns, we are here for you. Our goal is for you to enjoy your stay comfortably and privately. Quiet neighborhood near great shopping, movie theaters, golf courses, restaurants, and the 101 North so you have easy access to anything in and around the Valley of the Sun. A car is recommended, although I am sure you could hire Uber. We have a two car private garage. You are also allowed to park in the street. There is no HOA. The exit points to the back yard are per the city requirements for the pool with self-closing doors. We also provide an additional barrier with a pool fence if needed. Supervision is still needed to ensure your child is safe. We want you to have a fun, safe stay. WIFI speed 500 Mbps Download; 50 Mbps Upload; No additional Fee.
