Located on the sunny top floor of the premier Mayflower Lakeside community, this three-bedroom condominium is the perfect combination of sleek contemporary design and cozy mountain cabin vibes. Boasting breathtaking, panoramic views of the surrounding mountain ridge and an ideal central location that keeps you close to all of the local attractions, Mayflower Lakeside 303 is a serene spot for your family to call home in Park City.

You can conveniently park in your assigned spot in the underground GARAGE and take the elevator up to your front door, which opens to reveal welcoming wide wood plank floors and cathedral ceilings. The GREAT ROOM is a wide open space that allows for easy socializing, with an inviting LIVING AREA that has a spacious leather sectional sofa, a corner fireplace with stone detail, and a large HDTV. Huge windows with transoms allow plenty of natural light to flow inside and frame the mountain views perfectly. There’s also a glass door that leads out to your private patio area, where you’ll find a Weber propane grill.

Back inside, the farmhouse-style dining table leads into the open KITCHEN, where there’s also seating at the large, central island. Elegant, dark wood cabinetry is set off beautifully with a gleaming tile backsplash and under-cabinet lighting. The full suite of deluxe appliances includes a gorgeous Viking gas range with a matching microwave/vent hood, a large stainless steel refrigerator, and an on-island dishwasher. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, from a crock pot to cupcake pans, so you can easily prepare meals and snacks for your whole crew.

Down the hallway lies the PREMIER BEDROOM SUITE, complete with a sumptuous king-size bed, balcony access, a large walk-in closet, and a lovely ENSUITE BATHROOM with heated floors, a double vanity, and a glass-door step-in shower. The SECOND GUEST BEDROOM includes a queen-size bed, and the THIRD GUEST BEDROOM features two twin-over-twin-size bunk beds, an arcade game, an HDTV, and a sofa bed. There’s also another FULL BATHROOM with a tub/shower combo that can be accessed from the hallway.

Located within the newer Mayflower Lakeside community, this area has been well-designed to provide its residents with plenty of privacy and serenity, while still keeping you close to all of the Park City attractions, too. Booking a stay at Mayflower Lakeside 303 means you’ll be just a short drive away from the epic skiing and snowboarding at Deer Valley Resort, plus close to the magnificent biking and hiking trails in the spring and summertime. For an afternoon of strolling and shopping or a fun night out, the endlessly entertaining downtown Park City is also moments away.

Fabulous family vacation

This property is gorgeous. All amenities you will need for a long weekend stay. Location is perfect for skiing Deer Valley. Easy access, clean, gorgeous views! We will never stay anywhere else when visiting the area. Top notch all around. I highly recommend this unit.

Comfortable and Beautiful Views

We simply loved this property! House was so comfortable and everything well stocked! Loved the balcony and looking at the stars at night! Great area with wonderful restaurants or the kitchen was fantastic for dinner! Loved, loved this townhome!

Incredible View - Easy Access

This third level flat is well appointed and has the most beautiful view of the lake and surrounding mountains. Access to both ski rentals and the Deer Valley gondola is almost within easy walking distance. Would definitely come here again.

Beautiful condo

Our stay was wonderful with beautiful view of Jordanelle. The condo had everything we needed. There is construction going on but the noise never bothered us. Check in/out process was simple.

Just Perfect

We had an amazing week! Family of 4. This new property is beautifully furnished and spotless. We have been renting in the Park City area for 15 years and this is one of the best yet. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and more. A convenient 3 minute drive to the Jordanelle gondola. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice, New and Convenient Property

We enjoyed this property while we skied at Park City. The condo was new, clean and had many extras in the kitchen including an air fryer, instapot, Mr Coffee, Keurig, and more. We used the BBQ grill and enjoyed the gas fireplace. The condo has a nice layout. We had two adult couples and an infant in our group.

Wonderful Deer Valley ski vacation!

The unit is clean and in excellent condition. We stayed here for a ski trip. We appreciated the indoor parking with an assigned parking space and it was an easy drive from the building to Park City and Deer Valley. The kitchen is very well-stocked. We had no issues at all during our stay from the time of making the reservation to the time of departure. Thanks for the excellent stay!

Fabulous!

I don't know what we liked more - the excellent skiing or coming back to this amazing property at the end of the day. This place checks all the boxes and then some. It is decorated very tastefully and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The view from the third floor was stunning and it was very quiet and peaceful. Communication with the management company was seamless. We loved every minute of our stay here.

Beautiful Condo

We came for The Sundance Festival. This condo was exactly as pictured, close to Park City, and Deer Valley. Very clean, spacious, and well equipped. The only issue we had was finding exactly which building it was due to the building numbers not being lit at night when we arrived — otherwise the check in process, garage, and amenities were perfect — highly recommend.

First snow trip!

Property amenities were great, well stocked and very clean. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our time with friends and family. The kids loved seeing snow for their first time and building a snowman in the yard area. Lots of construction which did impact the views, but exciting to see the growth!Unfortunately we were greeted early on by the downstairs neighbors (twice within 30 mins at 5:30 pm on our check-in day) to be mindful of noise and loud footsteps as the walls were thin (none of us had more than walked through the place, no loud music or commotion was made by our party). That type of housewarming did put an initial damper on our stay. Overall great place!!

Perfect place

Great place for our girls trip. The place was super clean. We had 5 girls there and felt like we had plenty of space. A few things you can't tell from the listing... the kitchen is stocked, and I mean fully stocked. Griddle, air fryer, kitchen aide, instant pot, any pots or pans you might need, baking stuff, you name it this place probably has it. There was construction going on but it didn't bother us too much it was far enough away out want super loud. The fall views were amazing. The lake really is it your back door. The back patio was much larger than I thought it would be. Over all an amazing place.
