What a great location for our Utah adventure. We were able to ski Park City and the resorts closer to SLC - Alta and Brighton. Place was spotless, well appointed, and quiet. Would stay there anytime!

Wonderful condo. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, plenty of towels and blankets etc. Guest services went above and beyond and would respond and resolve my questions/issues within minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Ski Weekend

Had a great family gathering and Ski weekend here in Bear Hollow Village. Unit was very clean, well appointed and roomy. Beds and furniture very comfortable. Gas fireplace created great ambience, but maybe too much heat for size of the Condo? We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend to friends and family!

Great Trip and Comfortable Stay

Property was clean, spacious and lived up to the listing. Six of us lived comfortably in the space, hot tubs were open and HOT. Access to PC and skiing was great. Kitchen had all the goodies needed to dine in. Property needs to get a re-cycling program!

Spacious and Comfortable Condo in Beautiful PC

We had such a fantastic week at this amazingly comfortable and homey condo perfectly situated for taking day trips to hike spectacular landscapes. The mountain views made the balcony porch a perfect place to start the day with a cup of coffee. After full days of hiking and biking, the hot tub was a friendly and welcoming place to unwind. Looking forward to returning to this condo next year to experience what Park City has to offer in the winter.

Bear Hollow condo

If you’re looking for a comfortable, clean and well appointed place to stay on your vacation, this is the spot. If you’d like outdoor space and/or a nice view to enjoy, this 3rd floor unit likely isn’t the place, although there is a balcony. The condo is situated in an area where it’s easy to get to other areas for exploring. The people at TurnKey property management were very easy to deal with.

Excellent!

What a great condo and such a great layout! It was close to everything we wanted to do, it was clean, easy to get in and out of and when we had any questions, we could text the property manager and he was not only extremely helpful, but he was very quick to reply. We loved this unit and would definitely stay in it again. It's right around the corner from the Utah Olymplc Center and very close to the grocery store, restaurants and shopping. And it 's only a quick 6 minute drive from Main street and the slopes. I highly recommend.

The hot tub that is advertised was empty and not open during our entire three week stay. The refrigerator did not dispense water and/or ice. We were told that it would be repaired but it was never repaired during our stay. The view from the bedrooms is of an electrical power grid.

Park City - outaide down town.

The u it is starting to show its age. The shower whistles when it’s on and everything feels like a rental condo. The units hot tub didn’t work or was not a winter unit and you had to navigate a few blocks to the central pool to use thei association hot tub. Also, the view is a huge power plant outside the window. Didn’t really go here for the view but sitting on balcony or looking out the window all you really see is the power plant. Could also use a few new mattresses. They collapse and force both occupants to the center like a clam shell. It was clean and well stocked. Easy to get to and close to grocery, gas, convenience and liquor stores. That was a huge plus.

Good Ski house Option

Our family of 4 stayed at this rental end of February and overall we had a good stay. The unit was very clean and had plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. This is very close to Canyons ski area - maybe a 5 minute drive. The heated garage was a plus. We give it a solid B+ The hot tub in our unit was not working. Someone mentioned that in a previous post. The kids did venture to the other bldg and said it was fine, however it would have been nice if ours was working since you can see it from the unit. The unit was great, but the bldg itself looks a little tired, but if you are skiing all day, it shouldn't bother you. The TVs in the back bedrooms are old and do not have cable so basically unusable. If you are looking for an adequate rental, this fits the bill.

Family Stay

Overall, our stay was great. The only two comments I have are that we arrived around 9pm, had a quick dinner in the condo, then were in bed by 10:30. We were up the next morning around 6:45 to enjoy the area. We received a nice note on the door from the downstairs neighbors that we were loud in our walking in the unit. Truly, we were respectful of any noise we made, and don't feel our presence in the unit warranted a note from the neighbor. The rest of the weekend, we felt we had to walk around tip toeing so as to not bother the neighbor. The only other thing I would like to comment on is my question upon booking asking if the damage retainer would be returned. To date I have not heard back. I am hopeful that it will be returned.

Feels Like Home - A Great Place to Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful week staying in this condo! The 4th floor is easily accessed by elevator or stairs and the vaulted ceiling makes it even more spacious! We were there during a “heat wave” so we especially loved that the condo has central AC. We saw they were working to repair the hot tub at our building, but it was a quick walk to get to two others on the property — my husband was able to easily do this with his walker. The beds were very comfortable with soft sheets and plenty of blankets and the shower pressure was amazing. This condo definitely feels like a home away from home with extra touches and a new refrigerator. The location is great and we were able to have side trips to SLC, Moab and the Cottonwood Canyons in addition to a few trips to Main Street for dinner and shopping. We can’t wait to plan a return trip later this fall!

The TV room is very small & our family of 4 found it too small to enjoy for any period of time. Not a view to write home about as you're looking at a power sub-station but with the wonderful amount of outdoor activities one doesn't spend too much time in the condo. The buildings hot tub was empty, which wasn't too much of a concern but wished it was noted when I made the reservation as the pool hot tab was very crowded. Overall, it was a nice stay but I wouldn't book this condo again. I'd rather have a place with move living space and a better view.

Good Ski House option

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 4 stayed at this property for 4 days at the end of February and we were happy with the rental. We give it a solid B+. It met all of our needs. Very clean and very close to Canyons ski area. Just the right size for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Everyone had their own space. The heated garage was also a plus. CONS - TVs in the back bedrooms are old and didn't have cable. Hot tub in the bldg was out of service - someone mentioned that in a previous post. The kids did venture to the other hot tub and reported that it was fine, however it would have been nice if our hot tub was working since you can see it from the unit. The unit was great, but the bldg itself looked a little tired, but if you ski all day, it shouldn't bother you.
