The property was great! We were in St. Louis for our daughter's wedding and it was the perfect Latin for our family and her bridesmaids to stay leading up to the big day. The rooms were comfortable and the common areas were great for gathering.

Perfect family house

I wanted a house for my family to stay in that was clean and safe with plenty of room. This house was great. Close to a lot of great restaurants and bars. The street is very quiet and the neighbors were great. I will definitely be booking again.

This was a perfect location for Wash U plus St Louis and other sites! The house worked great to sleep us all and had a great space for us to gather and eat/chat!!The owner/mgr was extremely accommodating and replied promptly to any queries.

Amazing family weekend destination

This home was the perfect place for our family to get together for the weekend. With 8 adults and 8 kids from age 3 to 12. The kids were able to be together and play in the basement. The location is close enough and convenient to downtown to be able to go back and forth between activities that you would want to do.

Very clean with loads of character!

Very clean with loads of character. A lot of room for the whole family. Beds were really comfortable. Large kitchen with a table enough for 12 people. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay.

Great house

Everything was as described. House was extremely clean and the furnishings were in great condition. No complaints at all. And while the neighborhood can be hit or miss, we always felt save and had no issues parking our cars on the street.

Super St. Louis Property

The host was so easy to communicate with & very responsive to our questions. The house was perfect for 8 of us & we could have added a couple more with no issues. The location was close to all the main attractions in St. Louis. Neighbors were very nice & the neighborhood was quiet. Surrounding areas, like Tower Park & the foodie area were lovely. Recommend staying here with a large family or group.

Vacation place

The property was as pictured. Plenty of supplies . Tv in all bedroom fast WIFi. Lots of eatery around 2 huge parks in the area. Super grocery store around the corner. Family was all impressed. Will be my go to spot for future visits.

Family reunion with adult children

We had a small family reunion with our 4 adult siblings and older adult parents. We are from St Louis and familiar with the area and were primarily looking for a place to stay together, play games, eat together and catch up. The kitchen was well equipped, the house was great, and we had a great time.

Birthday Get Away

The house was great, huge and everyone had a bed! There was a garage available, unfortunately none of our vehicles fit (compact only). But, street parking was easy and plentiful. It seemed like a great area with lots of walkable shops and restaurants even though we were out and about most days. Had a great time!

The house has charm. The neighborhood is a little sketchy; we didn't feel safe walking around at night. Some of the furniture in the house is low quality; we had a bed break while we were there. Run by a property management company so they are available when needed for communication.

Holiday fun!

Ours was an extended family gathering for an early holiday. Great distribution of sleeping areas, living areas, and dining.very clean and well stocked. The only element that could improve is that the living room furniture was too low and difficult to get up from. Overall, the property is a great one for large family groups. Bad neighborhood

This listing was in a terrible area, we didn’t even dare go into the property. One look and we decided to get a hotel. Wouldn’t recommend, especially if traveling with kids.

Very Nice House

Very nice. Well stocked for hair products, soap, even coffee! The only improvement we would suggest is that the floors are cleaned better. Our feet turned brown after walking inside the house with socks or with bare feet.

We had a very nice stay. The house is very nice. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses, and cookware. We did not find dish towels, but there were paper towels. The beds are very comfortable. As others have said, the water pressure is good. The big table was wonderful for our board and card games. Air conditioning worked very well. We did not use the garage, as it is short in length. We had no problem finding parking on the street. Check-in and out was very easy. The host is very responsive. We would stay here again.

We booked this property because of it's location, and we weren't disappointed. Half of our party had an emergency which prevented them from joining us, so we had plenty of room. We enjoyed a trip to the Arch, a game at Busch Stadium, Union Station and City Museum and this location made it easy to get to all. We did not use the garage because on street parking was never a problem. Water pressure was fine in all bathrooms and the air conditioning worked great. The kitchen was well stocked, and we were able to host our St. Louis family for take out one night. Communication with ABODEbucks was always promptly answered. Overall a great choice for our trip.

Memorial trip for Gpa Lambirth.

12 family members, bus trip. Gma, two children, twoIn-laws. 6 2 GRANDkids. Had a fun trip, lots to de and do. We took up rug in dining room to shake crumbs and it hadn’t been moved for a long time. We swept but may need to be mopped. No problem just a FYI. Thank you so much for sharing with us. We have 3 cabins on a seven acres pond in Iowa. It’s on VROBCountry Side Cabins.

College reunion

We are 7 college classmates who have been getting together once a year for the last 16 years in a different city. This year it was St. Louis. This home is centrally located in a lovely vibrant neighborhood on a quiet street only half a mile from Tower Grove Park, one of the city's real gems. Also makes it a great walking neighborhood.The house is loaded with charm plus all the modern updates. The management company (in contrast to some others we have rented from) was quickly responsive to our questions and requests and check-in was not complicated. WiFi extenders in every room so there were no "dark spots."

Xmas Get Away

The property was very nice and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking cooking utensils and dishes. All the bathrooms were fully stocked with name brand products. I had one issue with the main bed in the basement. I reported the bed frame was cracked. Maintenance never called to fix the bed frame. The garage was too small for my car. Sitting in the living room was difficult because the couches were too low. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property.
