KITCHEN & DINING

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
Take the stairs up to the second floor where you will find the three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a sophisticated elegance style with a luxe king bed and streams of natural light coming in through the oversize windows that frame the room. This room offers sleeping for three with a single bed in addition the king. Remote workers will love the desk to stay caught up with emails while away from the office.

Down the hall is the second bedroom which features a queen bed and the third bedroom with a double bed and access to the second-floor porch with views of the fenced yard below.

There are two sparkling bathrooms, one one on each floor and both have relaxing baths, an overhead shower, a vanity stocked with all the essentials, and soft fluffy towels for each guest.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Outside guests can sit on the decked area that overlooks the fully fenced grassy yard with beautiful stone paving or take a walk to the nearby parks on a warm, sunny afternoon.

The Tower Grove East Neighborhood is a strong south St. Louis City neighborhood rich in community spirit and architectural splendor. TGE is just to the east of Tower Grove Park and is one of the neighborhoods adjacent to the Grand South Grand area centered at Grand and Arsenal. Tower Grove East has a great hometown feel; it is common to run into neighbors you know at local shops and restaurants. We hope you will take some time to visit the Tower Grove East Neighborhood.

Close by, you will find the beautiful Missouri Botanical Gardens, restaurants, and shops with miles of tree-lined paths, playgrounds, fountains, and points of interest, including the top-rated and free Zoo and Art Museum. Foods from around the world are served at nearby restaurants on Grand Ave with no shortage of Italian restaurants on "The Hill" nearby.

Getting Around:

TRUST & SAFETY

Family Vacation
Overall this was a great house for what we needed it for! The living area was spacious. It's an older house (updated) so bathrooms were small. When we were there it was HOTT outside. Upstairs was a bit humid at times and the central air doesn't work well upstairs. They do have an air conditioner in each bedroom upstairs so everyone can adjust for their own comfort. Managers were great and responsive to our any questions we had!

The property was just okay. It was definitely not the cleanest. The beds were super small, the mattress and pillows were flat and uncomfortable and very low to the ground. The furniture was very cheap. The couch was also very uncomfortable. There was only one television. There were ZERO tv's in the bedrooms. I almost forgot. It was extremely HOT and we could not change the thermostat. It would not go past 74 degrees in the summer and there were air conditioner units that made us sick. The bathrooms could have been cleaner and showers smelled liked mildew. The rail on the stairs felt dirty.

Great weekend away
Our family really enjoyed this space for a weekend. There was plenty of room to gather, or take a break from each other in very comfortable surroundings. I really appreciated the provision of coffee, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The kitchen was also really well stocked!
