Host was very welcoming but parking was an issue. I have a bigger car and had no where to park and there was so much snow we had to walk thru to get to the garage and dumpster and the front steps were very slippery.

The home is as shown in the pictures. It was great to spread out into 7 bedrooms and then be able to hang out on the first floor together. Note that one of the bedrooms did not have a door, only a curtain. The bedrooms had large comfortable beds, and there are plenty of towels and bedding. The showers are great. The kitchen is adequately stocked. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet.

This house had everything we needed. It was well-updated for a historic home, had open spaces, and modern conveniences.They have done the best the could, but getting in the house is hard if you are wheelchair bound or have ambulatory issues. However, they added bars in the showers and other touches that made a physically disabled person welcome.

Was great having all of our family together, from oldest generation being able to have bed and bath on first floor to the teenage boys having the 3rd floor to themselves. Great having large table for family meals The back yard is very small, compared to what we are used to, but very common to the area It was nice having off street parking. The only thing I would like better is a little earlier check_in

This home was the perfect place for us to make our “home” for our daughter’s wedding weekend. We hosted extended family and the bridal party was able to use the 3rd floor suite to get ready for the big event. We loved it!

Our stay was beautiful. My daughter was planning her sisters bachelorette trip that on short notice got moved to home, in St Louis. The host was super accommodating and understood and was super attentive. I would recommend this house for out of towners or just a staycation. The house is beautiful and it feels like it’s never ending rooms that can hold many people. Everything was clean upon entry. The only bad thing i would say is that walking in the house was very hot and humid and there’s a sign above the thermostat that asks you to keep it at i believe it said 75 degrees. But it was set at 75 but felt like 82. That is the only downside but very fixable in the end. Overall, great stay!

Wonderful Gathering Spot for Family & Friends!!

The house was just as advertised. Communication with the owner(s) was quick and efficient. It was the perfect spot for our group. Nice big kitchen counter and dining table to gather around. Beds were very comfortable and if you have anyone older staying with you the main floor bedroom was very nice so they could avoid the stairs. Having 2 spots in the garage available so we didn't have to park on the street was a major bonus.

Family Wedding

9 adults traveling from 4 different states and gathering for a family member wedding. For us, great location. 5 minutes from Tower Grove Park (wedding location), 1 block away Grand Ave and multiple places to eat/shop. 10 minutes from the Hill, excellent Italian restaurants. House was very comfortable and had everything we wanted and needed Highly recommend.
