"Team Elm" is a single rental of all the Elm Street Triple Play & Double Play Apartments. They are all located in a spacious home that offers different private apartments from 1 to 3 bedrooms each, so the team can be together, but families can have their own private spaces.

The inviting wrap around covered porch is the perfect place to unwind after a long day at the ballpark. Guests especially enjoy relaxing in the extensive patio area in the rear, which is complete with gas grills and plenty of outdoor dining area.



Each individual unit features an eat-in kitchen with a gas range, microwave, refrigerator with automatic ice maker, and an updated tiled backsplash. Units that are 2-bedroom or larger also have a dishwasher. There is a combination K-cup/pot coffee brewer, a blender, and toaster. There are smart Roku TV's in all units - 55" (or larger) Smart Roku TVs in the living room with DVD player, and a 43" (or larger) flat screen Roku TV in every bedroom. There is an on-site, shared laundry facility, and a shared game room with a foosball table, ping pong table and large flat screen Roku TV.



There is ample off-street parking, as well as high speed wireless internet (Wi-Fi) for all the units.



Each one of the units has a private entrance, private living space, its own kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom. The front porch, back patio, laundry room and game room are shared by all guests.



I am Jerry, your host. I was born and raised in Oneonta and I live in the area. I am just 15 minutes from the property and I can easily be reached at any time via call or text should you have any questions or issues. You will be greeted by me or one of my teammates at the property. We will get you registered, give you the keys and a brief orientation to the property to get you settled in. This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, very convenient to All Star Village (3 miles) and Cooperstown Baseball World, as well as the local restaurants and shopping areas. For guests playing at Cooperstown Dreams Park, it is a very easy drive, about 15-20 minutes away. Please respect local noise ordinances and quiet hours.



PLEASE NOTE: The pool listed is the Wilber Park Briggs community (public) pool that is approximately 1/2 mile from the location. There may be a fee for access.



There are taxis and the public bus, but Uber and Lyft are scarce. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area.
