We were in town for a birthday party and were very pleased with our stay. Ken, our host was very helpful and friendly. This historic and quaint property with a front porch was exactly what we needed. We were able to walk to all the shops and restaurants in town. We would recommend this property to our friends and would stay again when in town.

Always Great

This was our 4th time at this property and every time is always better.Would never think of staying anywhere else.Ken the host is fantastic,he is always there to help with any of your needs to make your stay GREAT.Try it I promise you will enjoy your stay. Nothing but GREAT!!!!!

This is my 4th time staying at this property and each and every time is better than the last. We enjoy everything from the porch with the rockers to the interior of the home. Everything is well maintained and very Cozy.I would never think of staying anywhere else,and If I did my wife would KILL me.LOL Ken is a wonderful host and goes out of his way to make your stay a Great Memory. Try it you won't regret it.

Great Location!

This is our third year staying at The Suites. Very clean and cozy rental in a great location. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and even golf. Highly recommend The Suites!

The Suites at Bemus Point

Great location to walk to the lake and the shops / restaurants in Bemus Point. The suite was very cute, clean and adequate for a weekend stay. Love that it was dog-friendly. Would recommend.

Great Location!

We really loved the place all brand new remodeled and very clean, loved the location right in the heart of Bemus Point you can sit on the front porch and rock on the rocking chairs, walk to the restaurants and grocery store and the lakes a 2 min stroll! Would recommend this place and Ken is a great host very accessible and attentive to detail!!!

Wonderful Getaway Place

The studio and its location were perfect. The attention to detail was impressive, and the owner was kind and super helpful. Bemus Point is a quiet place in the off-season, and that suited us well. My wife and I highly recommend this vacation rental.

Great location, great little studio

Nice studio unit, dividable by curtain for area with sleeper sofa. Awesome porch with rocking chairs, nice sun room with dining table. In the heart of this little town, walkable to all sorts of restaurants, shops, etc., as well as the lake. Bathroom is on the small side, but workable. Had a great stay.

The Suites @ Bemus

Ken's places at the Suites are remodeled very nicely. We had the pleasure of meeting him and he gave us a tour of all of the rentals and a little history of the area. Excellent location, walkable to little stores and restaurants. Thank you, Ken, :)

Loved every moment

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here and each time has been GREAT!!! I have already made my reservations for next summer 2026. It is so close to all the shops ,food store,and fine dining.You can see the lake from the front lawn. I would not consider staying anywhere else. Ken the host and owner is wonderful.always there to help if you need him. Can't wait until next summer. Thanks Again

Great stay!

The apartment was great, clean, and felt larger than the 1 studio advertised! We were able to set our baby up in the bedroom, and pull the curtain divider to allow my husband and I to hang out with a bit more freedom after she went to sleep. Ken was a wonderful host, and made sure everything was perfect. We visited out of season, which meant that there were fewer local establishments open, but for our short vacation it was perfect. Can’t wait to visit again in the summer!

Evolve is te best the way they took care of me each year.

Everything was Great as always,Ken is such a Great Host.He goes out of his way to make your stay Perfect. We will always stay here as long as we go to Bemus Point and as long as Ken owns the property. Already made my reservations for next year wit Evolve.

Great stay!

We loved our stay here. It's advertised as a studio, but we found it plenty large. The front area has been turned into an eating nook, and there is a large curtain to block off the bedroom from the living area. We came with our 6 month-old, and a pack-n-play fit perfectly into one of the walk-in closet areas (no doors, just curtains) in the bedroom. This allowed us to walk around and have time/room to ourselves after the baby went to sleep. All in all, a great property and location! Looking forward to visiting again!

Our respite from FL summer

Believe the property is better suited for a weekend stay than a longer stay. It is perfectly located in Bemus Pt, within walking distance of the community. However, it sometimes presents parking challenges and we found the internet connection to be slow and unreliable. The bathroom and shower was extremely small and conversations in adjacent apartments were quite noticeable due to thin walls and common HVAC returns. The front porch was great to people watch and the front flower garden was beautiful and well kept. Our late summer/fall weather was very enjoyable!

What a charming stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cute and charming cottage right in the heart of everything Bemus Point has to offer. The unit is much larger than it seems on-site and is furnished to suit anyone's needs, the bed was really comfortable and the little extras were a nice touch. We also loved the outdoor space and particularly relaxing in the rockers on the front porch. The bathroom is very, very small so if you're big & tall or need a larger bathroom, I'd suggest looking at one of the other 2 rental units on-site. We were in town for a wedding and had to reach out to the host a couple times and Ken couldn't have been better. He was responsive and quick to provide anything needed. I would definitely recommend any of this host's properties to anyone considering a stay in the area - and the area is absolutely worth the visit!

A slice of Heaven

Ken is our favorite host of all the rentals we have visited! It is rare to find a rental that is so thoughtfully and artistically accessorized as this one. Wherever you look there are little special touches that set this rental apart. The flowers and picket fence out front are indicative of the charming interior. The location is perfect. It is easy walking distance to everything in Bemus Point, the market, restaurants, and ice cream. And a short drive to Chautauqua Institute. We were the envy of all who walked by as we rocked in our rockers on the front porch with our drinks. Ken offered us a twilight boat ride on the lake which was delightful! We loved the history and local stories he shared, and we are so glad we got to know him a bit.

The host was welcoming and especially appreciated that it was pet-friendly. We assumed there would be a means to cook meals besides a microwave and a hot plate. The Keurig didn’t work. Upon stripping the bed before leaving, discovered there was no mattress pad. Liquid soap dispenser in bathroom had been diluted with water. We bought Soft Soap the next day and left it for the next guest. May we suggest providing individual soaps for the shower? Didn’t expect to have to pack our soap to use in shower as if we were camping. The Febreeze was very close to being empty. Thank you for the bottle of wine, however there was no water or chocolates as indicated in the ‘Welcome’ note.

Thank you for your feedback—we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. As noted in the listing, the property does not include a kitchen for cooking, and reviewing the listing details helps align expectations. Extra hand soap and an air freshener were available in the storage area under the kitchen sink, and body wash is provided in the shower. The mattress pad was accidentally not put on by the cleaning team, but this has since been corrected. Water and chocolates are occasionally provided as extras but are not included as part of the booking. Guests can contact the local guest support team at any time, and we would have been happy to assist with any of these items during your stay.
