Sie befinden sich im Herzen der ewigen Stadt, in günstiger Lage für Verkehrsmittel, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Museen und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Piazza di Spagna, die Via dei Condotti, der Trevi-Brunnen, der Tiber, das Pantheon, die Piazza Navona und auch der Vatikan sind nur wenige Gehminuten von Ihnen entfernt!

Die Wohnung ist romantisch, privat und stilvoll eingerichtet, nur eine Minute von der Spanischen Treppe entfernt, ideal für diejenigen, die Rom zu Fuß erkunden möchten. Es wurde kürzlich renoviert und ist hell, klimatisiert und mit WLAN ausgestattet. Bestehend aus einem großen Wohnzimmer mit einem 160-cm-Schlafsofa, einem Flachbild-Sat-TV und einer Bibliothek mit Büchern und Reiseführern in englischer und italienischer Sprache.

Die Küche, die an das Wohnzimmer angrenzt, ist mit einer Theke ausgestattet - perfekt zum Frühstück, einem Backofen, einer Mikrowelle, vier Herdplatten, Edelstahl-Arbeitsplatten, einem Kühlschrank, einem kleinen Gefrierschrank, einer Spülmaschine und einer Waschmaschine. Die Küche verfügt auch über einen Wasserkocher für Tee und Kaffee, einen italienischen Moka und eine Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine sowie Tee- und Kaffeezubehör.

Große Kleiderschränke im Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein eigenes Bad mit einer Duschkabine, einem Haartrockner und einem Wandheizkörper. Im Eingangsbereich befinden sich weitere Einbauschränke, in denen Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett aufbewahrt werden. Die Wohnung bietet Platz für bis zu vier Personen und auf Anfrage kann ich ein Reisebett und einen Hochstuhl zur Verfügung stellen. Wenn es nötig war, ist meine Tochter eine perfekte, zuverlässige und verfügbare Babysitterin.

Ich werde Sie persönlich empfangen und Ihnen mit Anregungen und touristischen Informationen weiterhelfen. Englisch und Französisch werden gesprochen. Die gesamte Wohnung steht zu Ihrer Verfügung. Mein Heim ist dein Heim. Ich habe die Wohnung so eingerichtet, dass ich einen für mich eingerichteten Platz finden möchte.

Zusätzlich kann ich für Sie einen Fahrdienst für den Transfer vom und zum Flughafen arrangieren (Kosten pro Strecke 45 Euro oder 65 Euro für einen Minivan); eine geführte Rom-Tour, die Ihren persönlichen Bedürfnissen entspricht; Haushaltshilfe (8 Euro pro Stunde, bitte nach vorheriger Absprache, falls möglich); Bei Buchungen von mehr als 12 Tagen ist ein kompletter Wäschewechsel in der Hälfte des Aufenthalts inbegriffen. Italienische Kochstunde zu Hause oder beim Küchenchef sowie spezielle Pizzakurse. Fragen Sie mich mehr, ich könnte Ihre Wünsche und Bedürfnisse befriedigen!

This is our 2nd time staying in Daniela’s apartment. We love it so much and she has thought of absolutely everything one would need when traveling. The apartment is beautiful, clean and has the most comfortable furniture and bed. The chair in the corner is great to catch up on a journal, read a book or simply relax and listen to the people below on the streets when you open the window. It is extremely quiet and we slept great, could not hear any noise from the streets. The location cannot be beat, so close to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, Piazza Navona and the restaurants, gelato shops. Great shopping is just around the corner and only half a block to the taxi stop. Daniela was kind enough to let us check in early since our plane arrived at 9:30 in the morning. The communication with her was great from the time we booked her apartment and also while we were staying there. If we had any questions, she was available. She gave us suggestions for restaurants and different places to see. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures…even better.Thank you Daniela for making our 2nd stay in your apartment just as wonderful as our first one. We loved every minute and made so many more beautiful memories!!

I loved this apartment. It was perfect for my family’s stay and so conveniently located to restaurants and anything you would need. Amazing !! Stunning apt and perfect location

This stay was truly amazing. Started with Daniela l, owner of property, contacting us before our vacation and assisting us with pick up from airport followed by restaurant bookings etc.On the day of arrival she met with us at the apartment and checked us in. The apartment was stunning, so so clean and had everything we needed in it. Daniela even arrived with water and fruit for us. So very thoughtful. The apartment is perfectly located with 5 mins from Spanish steps and 7 mins walk from trevi fountain. We found we could walk to most of the attractions we wanted to go to. Some lovely local bars and restaurants too. Daniela was so accommodating right to the end of our stay. We could leave 20 mins before our taxi pick up which was also kindly arranged by Daniela. If we decide to return we would definitely choose this apartment again.

A Wonderful Home Away From Home

Great place, location & host!

The apartment is exactly as pictured. Equipped with all your needs. It is conveniently located by the Spanish steps, taxi stand (2 blocks) & an easy leisurely stroll (15-30 min.) to most city center places of interest. Mini mart around the corner for any groceries or basic hygiene items. Daniela was very responsive via WhatsApp to any communications. I would definitely book this home again.

Our 5th Time in This Apartment!

Daniela is always the perfect hostess. She is within contact if you need anything and is so thoughtful and friendly. We left my husband’s bag inside the door as we were leaving and I called her. Her daughter arrived soon after to unlock the doors and we made our train! The bed is very comfy and the kitchen is very well equipped. Lots of closet space too. We cooked breakfast every morning during our two week stay. The metro and shopping are outside your door. Love having the dishwasher and wash machine. We hope to be back next year.

Love Roma!

This stay exceeded our expectations in so many ways! The apartment is quite large for 2 people and is very modern and updated. Lots of nice amenities, including espresso maker, water, milk, all of the kitchen essentials, dishwasher, clothes washer, laundry detergent, movies, books, and games. And, so much closet space and storage! The location was perfect and positioned right between Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. The entrance is very secure and the neighborhood feels safe. Everything was within 35 min walking distance. Metro and bus stops were within 5 minutes walking. Grocery less than one block away and cafe and gelato options everywhere. The hostess was very communicative and responded quickly to questions/requests. We would plan another trip just to stay at this beautiful apartment! And, we love Rome too!

Wonderful Apartment in Perfect Location!!

Daniela’s apartment was just as beautiful as the pictures. It was the perfect location, so close to the Spanish Steps with Restaurants, Gelato Shops and some of the best shopping in the city. What a wonderful place to come “home” to after a day of seeing the beautiful sights of glorious Rome. Just a short walk to the Trevi Fountrain, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon and Piazza del Poppolo. This was our first time to Rome and Daniela gave us information on restaurants to eat at and put us in contact with a licensed guide, who was fantastic. Everything about this apartment was great, only one story up, but there was an elevator to get our heavy luggage up to the apartment. Daniela met us at the apartment and helped us get the luggage up….she was so good to always answer us immediately from the time we reserved the apartment. The furniture was so comfortable as was the bed, and we would open the windows and hear the wonderful sounds of the people in the streets below. We will definitely stay in this apartment if we get the chance to go back to Rome. You could not find a better apartment in a better location. Thanks Daniela for all the wonderful memories we made while staying in your apartment! If you are going to Rome, rent this apartment, you will love it!!

Wonderful Cozy and Clean Apartment

We loved our 5 night stay in Daniela’s apt. Her very lovely daughter, Gemma, met us upon arrival and answered any questions that we had. During our stay we communicated with Daniela about restaurants, how to operate washing machine, transportation, etc. She always answered in a timely manner and was very gracious. She also recommended a local guide to arrange private tours for us since I experienced a recent knee injury!! We were so happy that we reserved an apartment with a lift…. It made my trip so enjoyable in spite of an injury. The apartment is a very short walk to a Piazza with a taxi service to take you anywhere in Rome at a reasonable price. Also close by , are a few cafes to get your morning cappuccino or your afternoon dessert or cocktail. If you rent Daniela’s apartment, you will experience Rome as a local!!

Hello, my name is Daniela and I was born from a very english mother and a very italian father. My father was roman but originally his father's family, my grandfather, was from Puglia. I was born and raised in Rome and feel I have received the best of two cultures. I am fluent in English as I am in Italian, therefore I studied french. I love Roma my city and Italy my country at the best and still love it at the worst. This is my little business which I look at as taking good care of my guests making them feel mostly welcome in a, for them, foreign country. I really enjoy meeting people and through my guests I dream of travels and different places.

In my life I have travelled and still do as much as I can, I am a mother of three children: 28 and 25 year old girls and 15 year old young man and my wishes and aims are to raise them real citizens of the world for it is such a great place to be in.

This apartment has been in the family for many many years. Here is where I started my young adult life and where my first child was born. At some point I reluctantly had to move, for space reasons...the family was growing.

Fortunately the property was kept, rented out at the beginning and after some time I started hosting visiting family and friends from England and all over the world. This is how it became a holiday home.

I have many happy memories related to this place which, in this way, I feel I am sharing.

Is it only me that feels in the center of it all when here?
I sit in the living room, in the corner where my comfortable reading armchair is and I know, as much as I can also watch it, that downstairs in the street the world is passing by. Shoppers, romans, foreigners, merchants and sales assistants, workers and holiday makers.

Walking distance from almost everywhere: archeological sites, cafes and restaurants and also the original language version cinema. I used to be so grateful, especially as a roman born, not to have to get in the car to go anywhere and allowing myself the necessary walking pace that would make me feel 'nearly on holiday' in my own city.
