Excellent vacation rental!

My husband and I have stayed in many condos while vacationing, and this one ranks very close to the top! Tastefully appointed, clean, all the amenities we needed. We loved the proximity to the pool and the quiet neighbors. Conveniently located near grocery stores as well! If we ever go back to Palm Springs, we will definitely stay here again.

Nice getaway for my granddaughter and I.

I really enjoyed this condo and my granddaughter and I had plenty of room. Having two bathrooms was key. It was so nice to just walk outside and have the pool and hot tub be right there.

Palm springs Vacation 2025

Very easy to find we drove straight from the airport to the Unit in about 20 minutes. Walked into the unit and found it clean and ready for our stay. Very relaxing and quiet at this complex. Walked from the kitchen patio out to the pool, very nice. Close to all kinds of shopping and about 20 minutes to downtown palm springs. All in all, a great choice for our stay in Palm springs.

Condo with Pool and Spa

Although the space is a little dated, the price more than makes up for it . The space was clean and safe and centrally located next to a nice golf course. The pool and spa out the back patio of the unit were really nice. We especially enjoyed being able to pick a fresh orange or grapefruit for breakfast. Very nice stay!!

Getting out of the snow and cold

Liked the unit and close to the pool and hot tub. Did not like having to carry our lounge chairs to and from the pool each day. No umbrellas for shade was a negative. Water temp and clean of the the pool and hot tub were great. Liked the pool guy. Were almost out of TP called our POC and was delivered right away. Having Vonn's, Target and Trader Joes close by was nice The key marked gate did not open any gates..

Tired property

This property needs renovation. Dirty carpet in bedroom with a bed that sags in the middle. Shower is either scalding hot or cold. The kitchen is not well stocked and we had to ask for additional plates to serve a couple lunch. The plastic glasses in the kitchen were underwhelming. My husband fixed the hinge on the kitchen cupboard when we arrived because the door was falling off. The area rug in the livingroom placed over the old carpeting is a tripping hazard since it is curled up on the corner. The partial sectional sofa is poor because the cushions fall off when anyone sits on the sofa. This was done to put an old sleeper sofa in the room to accommodate more guests. The property is overpriced for the condition of the property and we were very disappointed.

Your feedback is essential to us, and we've relayed your comments to the homeowner, who would like to address the following:-We deeply regret that the property did not meet your expectations. It's important to note that all the kitchen appliances and accessories provided are accurately listed on the booking site. However, upon learning of your needs, the property manager promptly supplied a brand-new box of dishes stored in the property supply closet. Additionally, they made a trip to Target on the same day to procure a couple of serving platters, as per your request. We were not made aware of the cabinet door issue during your stay; had we known, it would have been addressed promptly.-Regarding the carpet, while it was shampooed just a month prior to your stay, its light color does tend to show dirt from high traffic. Nevertheless, we have taken immediate action by arranging for professional cleaning once again, and plans are underway to replace it as soon as logistically possible.-We have not received any previous complaints about the bed, couches, showers, or area rug. However, we take your feedback seriously and will inspect and evaluate each of these areas without delay. Had you raised any of these concerns during your stay, they could have been addressed promptly.Your feedback is greatly appreciated, we strive to ensure an exceptional stay for all our guests and eagerly anticipate this property hosting many more satisfied guests, as reflected in our numerous positive reviews.
