The Space:

Inside, this home blends laid-back style with functionality. The living room features a plush couch and two inviting armchairs with an ottoman—perfect for movie nights in front of the smart TV. A desk sits by the window, offering a bright spot to work or journal during your stay. The kitchen greets you with cheerful blue cabinets, white appliances, and a Keurig for your morning brew. A dining table for four sits near the sliding glass doors, leading to a covered balcony where you can relax in comfortable seating and enjoy tranquil views of the garden and pool below. When it's time to wind down, the bedroom is your private retreat, complete with room-darkening shades to ensure restful sleep.

This home comfortably sleeps 2 guests between 1 private bedroom and a Twin size sleeper sofa in the living room.



The bedroom includes a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



This home also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking is available for 1 vehicle, with additional street parking available for guests. One dedicated covered parking spot.

• Please note this condo and complex does not have a BBQ Grill.

• The neighbor’s home is equipped with one (1) external security camera located at the front door and actively monitoring the exterior hallway and front entrance.

A quick drive will take you to Downtown Palm Springs with its central shopping district including vintage boutiques, interior design shops, chic restaurants, and art galleries. Palm Springs is also known for its mid-century modern architecture and has the largest collection of preserved architecture in the world. The town has Art Deco style luxury rentals, funky design and architecture, tall palms, and mountain backdrops. The mountains are of course nearby with the popular attraction of the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, plus nature trails for hiking, horseback riding, and biking all around.
