The pool was not yet warm when we got there like I had asked and we did have to call twice to figure out how to get the pool warm. There was no things for kids to do in the pool such as floaties. We bought our own football for the boys to toss. Could use more towels and some pool towels other than white. Could use a griddle for making pancakes or french toast. Overall it was a pretty great place to stay and we had plenty of room for 13 of us. All the rooms were perfect with something for everyone to enjoy. Location was easy to get to and we would definitely stay here again.

The house was great, however it sleeps more people than it has pots and pans and cooking utensils! Very nice place to stay we had a great time!

House was nice & big, location a little far from parks a lot of driving in traffic, neighborhood was a lot of driving to get to main hwy to parks, was a lot of break in’s around the neighborhood! Not sure why anyone can get in the gates!

Over great place. Hot tub didn’t work but no fault of renter they were waiting on parts. Very helpful. All and all u get a ton for your money. Pool,water park,gym, would def recommend to anyone.

A amazing Disney vacation

The property was everything that the website states. The check-in process was a breeze. The house was very spacious. The game room and theater rooms were a great feature. The family loved the pool. The house is not that that far from Universal or Disney Parks. I would definitely rent this location again.

Family sized Honeymoon

My new husband and I brought all the kids and grandchildren with us on our honeymoon. We had a terrific time and the house more than met our needs. It was spacious, clean, fun and exactly as pictured! Would definitely stay there again.

The house and location were great. Just a few things missing, more pots and pans, larger bowls some Rubbermaid containers for leftovers during the stay and more kitchen towels and some dish cloths. Great Disney vacation

Was a Beautiful home and had lots of room. Kids enjoyed the game room. Not far from the Disney parks . Also had 2 parks within the Community with lazy River, waterslides, splash pad and beautiful pools. The only thing that the house could use is more large bowls and casseroles dishes none in the house.

Beautiful Home - Very Clean

This is a beautiful home. The location was central to everywhere we wanted to go. The home was very clean when we got there. I would suggest to the owners to have a couple floor fans to help circulate the air upstairs and down stairs. Especially in the summer months. Maybe also have a few more storage containers in the kitchen for serving and storing food. Overall though this was a beautiful home and communication was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again!

Do not use this company

The company over this home Florida spirits, charged us for towels and pillow case after our stay. Ive stayed in champion gate on serval visits but never had anything like this happen after a visit. I will not use this company again. Champion gate is a very nice area for families.

Spring Break Vacation

Master bedroom bed is very hard. The rest of the house is amazing. We had trouble getting the roku in the movie room to work. Someone prior to us had taken the lower cable. Tech support was very responsive, but was not ablw to get anoter one that day. So we went and purchased one ourselves in order to be able to be able to watch a movie that evening Everything about the checkin process was easy, although the address they give you to the manned gate is not actually manned, so we had to find one ourselves in order to get the pass to acess the property. .

Lovely home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was great; super clean with plenty of space. Theater room was fantastic. Kitchen lacked some basic cookware (no pizza cutter, no 9x13 pan, no serving bowls, etc) but we borrowed from a neighbor and made it work. We paid for pool heat and by Day 3 the pool was still ice cold. I sent a text about it and they promptly fixed the situation and reimbursed the full payment for the pool heat. We also visited both the Oasis Pool and the pool with water slides 1/2 block away which were both very nice. Gated community felt very secure.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the house, it was clean, not spotless but very clean. Things above an average eye level, needs cleaning. Every rental has bumps and bruises, this one also but it was beautiful overall. We loved the game and cinema room, even though the sound bar wasn’t connected, we made it work. One of the recliners doesn’t recline but we had more than enough. The rooms were all decorated well, and super comfortable. There is a ton of space for dining and relaxing. The house doesn’t have a driveway so we wished there was a designated space for the house. There weren’t fitted sheets on the beds, which was an inconvenience but didn’t impact our stay. We unfortunately were visiting during the cold and snow so we didn’t use the pool/hot tub but the patio area was nice and it could be a great time. The house is inside Champions Gate, close to many shopping and restaurant locations. We stayed for 5 nights and had a great time. We would for sure stay here again.

The Host was very responsive. We liked the house layout. We really liked the welcoming sign, card, mints and “Get started” box. That was a very nice touch. The house was well decorated and pretty well maintained. We struggled with the pool and hot tub heat but may have been the cold temperatures. We liked the game room and used it quite a bit but the equipment does need to be replaced or fixed. All in all it was a good experience.
