We have taken precaution to help eliminate noise, but guests should expect noise from the traffic and people walking past the home on the sidewalks out front.
There is a food pantry nearby that serves low income and homeless 2 days during the week, so guests staying mid-week should expect to see activity from people walking to pickup food.

This 60-second verification process must be completed within 48 hours of booking, or at least 2 hours prior to the check-in time if booking on the same day as check-in. You will be prompted to complete this process immediately after booking. This includes:
1) Providing a copy of your government-issued photo ID.

3) Confirming your contact information & agreement to our Rental Terms and Conditions
Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay.
Before receiving check-in details, guests will choose one of two coverage options:
-A refundable damage deposit held on their credit card, released shortly after checkout if no damage is reported.
-A non-refundable damage waiver that covers minor accidental damages during the stay.

4) Non-Smoking Policy: Smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes are not permitted within the property. Any violation, will result in a smoke remediation fee.
5) No Parties: Events and parties are strictly prohibited to maintain a peaceful environment. We will contact you directly for any disturbances, prior to reporting any nuisances to local authorities.
6) Pets: We love our Pets! but they are not allowed in most units, ensuring a clean and allergen-free space for all guests.
a.If the property is labeled as “Pet-friendly”, pet’s are allowed at the charge, up to a capped limit. The Pet Fee will be requested after booking via the resolution center, and is paid separately from the reservation.
7) Damage Policy: Any damage caused during your stay will incur repair costs plus a labor charge. A Wear & Tear fee will be applied for any rule violations related to pets, smoking, or parties.
8) Checkout: Before checking out, please place trash in trash cans, start the dishwasher with used dishes, and begin a wash cycle for used towels.
Security: Ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when not present.
9) Age: Guests must be 25 years or older to make a reservation.
Failure to comply with any of these policies may result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund.

Please note, exceptions due to illness, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances are not covered unless stated otherwise.
