Along came Hurricane Michael in 2018, which wiped the little place out. Over time, with vision and patience from the homeowner, Great Sunsets II was created. A three-bedroom townhouse designed to enhance those sunset views from almost every room in the house.

Located just across the street from pristine Mexico Beach, access is quick and easy, and the unobstructed views are even better. On the property's beachside, a sizeable pavered patio is ideal for sitting back with a good book or enjoying a family cookout. There are covered decks on both floors with comfortable seating and dining to enhance your outdoor experience. When your beach day is over, an enclosed outdoor shower is waiting for you to rinse the sand before entering the property.

The main floor of the vacation home includes an open living area complete with a murphy bed and a large laundry room with a utility sink. The three bedrooms are housed on the top floor with a beachside master, which includes gulf view deck access and a master bath. The two guest bedrooms feature bathroom sinks within the room, with the shower and toilet connecting the two.

Great Sunsets II is located in an ideal spot with Port St. Joe and the Mexico Beach Marina located within close distance in either direction. The beach is within steps of the property, and those sunset views are to die for. Make this your next vacation rental home, and you’ll be happy you did.
