Terrible customer service
Rating Details:
The property manager was very unhelpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Extremely unaccomodating! Staying in the cottages by VSTAY. Our flight was delayed so I called to see if we could pay to stay a few extra hours or even pay to book another night since our daughter has been sick since we got here and we are traveling with 2 senior citizens and don’t want to wait at the airport with a sick child. I was told the room is not available and they can’t do anything to help us. I went on their website to check availability and the room is available but they refuse to try to help us. Our stay here was fine until now and will never come back because things happen and life happens and they weren’t willing to do anything to try to help us. They didn’t offer to move us or try to help in any way, we were basically told too bad for us and we have to get out when it’s clear it’s off season and we can see most of their units are currently vacant. Horrible customer service and no common curtesy, will never stay again and will make sure I warn everyone else not to book. Olivia was extremely unhelpful
