This property is conveniently close to shopping centers and major attractions. A short walk away from entertainment when you don't want to take an Uber or Lyft. Christian is very attentive to any needs and quick to respond. Neighborhood is peaceful and safe.

Excellent location! Easy to exit and return. Nice and clean home.

Check in was provided in the link before we arrived. The kitchen was clean. I did check for pots and pans and they were neatly organized although we didn’t use them. The pool amenities was very nice!

Long-Awaited Family Celebration – A Great Stay!

Celebrating our oldest's college and our youngest's HS graduations, our (adult?) children longed for a WDW vacay! This home was perfect for our family of five (adults). The listing was accurate, and everything was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated with a fun beach theme. The location is excellent, just 5 miles from Disney (although traffic can be slow, especially during peak hours), and approximately 12 miles from Universal. Plenty of restaurants and stores are nearby, including a large Target less than two miles away, which had everything we needed. The kitchen was large and functional, featuring a Keurig and a good selection of cookware. However, we would have appreciated having basics like spices, oil, dish towels, and a few more dish and laundry soap pods available for a week-long stay. The living room was comfortable, though the sofa wasn’t quite big enough for all five of us to watch a movie together. The bedrooms were cozy, the beds very comfortable, and the bathrooms clean and updated. Be prepared for lots to stairs! The living room, kitchen, and bathroom are on the first floor. All four bedrooms are upstairs, two on the second floor, and two on the thrid floor. The pool and spa were a nice bonus after hot days at the parks, though the spa didn’t get quite hot enough. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the host was communicative and helpful. Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and we would recommend the property to other families.

Best owner ever

The house was well appointed. You can move right in without even going to the store (which is less than 5 minute drive) Great promenade area on site with lots of restaurants and social spaces. The pool is perfect for a quick dip and pool towels!!The best part of this property was the owner who went above and beyond
even after we checked out! One our friends left some personal items and he worked with us quickly before they got on a plane back home.

Great Guest Experience

We had a great guest experience! Christian was so easy to work with! Easy check in and out. He responded quickly to the few questions I had with attentive communication. There were easy to follow house manuals and the house and area were very safe. The property was very clean, nice decor and exactly as listed. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Great stay, communication, and house

This rental property was just like the pictures. Very clean and bright. The home has everything you would need for a stay with a very good starter pack of laundry pods, dishwasher pods, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. The home has pretty much any appliance you might need and has both a Mr Coffee type coffee maker as well as a Keurig machine. I really enjoyed that the whole home had laminate flooring throughout which I find makes the home much more sanitary. It wasn’t listed in the home description, but for those interested, the bedroom set up is a queen sized bed room and a king sized bedroom on the second floor while the third floor has the king master suite and a 2 twin bedroom. The home does have high ceilings which means a lot of stairs but it gives the home more space. The one downfall we found with the home, which is nothing against the owner or the rental itself, but the material the home is made from as well as how the neighborhood is designed, you can hear the neighbors at all hours of the day, even when they are having regular volume conversations by the pool. I believe quite hours at the neighborhood are 11pm-7am so if you are an earlier riser and someone who goes to be early, this may be a problem. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the communication with the owner was fantastic. A plus is that you can see the Epcot fireworks from a distance from the top floor balcony.

perfect girls trip location!

Property was clean & had everything you’d ever need (seriously was the most prepared rental I’ve ever stayed in!) The pool/hot tub were perfect. The bedrooms were great, all of them with their own bathrooms. Communication was thorough and prompt. Will definitely be back again!

On the Margaritaville resort, there is a main large lobby with plenty of seating, a business center, convenient store, bars and restaurants, the Margaritaville retail store, walking trails and ponds, Barkarittaville (a dog park) and a resort spa.

Sunset walk, which is also on the resort, includes an arcade, Movie Theatre Grill, H2O waterpark, several restaurants, Coffee shop, a Candy store, retail stores, souvenir shops, nail salon, a giant slingshot ride, along with events and live music on select nights.

You can rent bicycles, as well as peddle golf carts if you don't want to walk.
There are multiple Playgrounds around if your kids want to run around.

Other things close by: Formosa Garden winery, Target, Five below, Super Walmart, a massage parlor, TJ max, Ulta and many more shops and restaurants.
