This spacious paradise sits on a large lot, with both a covered and uncovered patio space (the covered section is screened!) as well as the 2nd story balcony - all overlooking the beautiful woods that line the edge of the property. A charcoal BBQ is provided (see notes below) with plenty of seating and tables for everyone! Don't forget about the fire pit for those beautiful nights!

Don't forget the GAMES! Outdoor table tennis (ping-pong), cornhole (bean bag toss), foosball and shuffleboard await! The Den/Game Room also has some board games! Smart TVs are in each room so you can bring all your favorite shows/movies with you!

The Living Room features a large, comfy sectional sofa around the large Smart TV over the decorative fire place . Large windows let in plenty of natural light! A Shuffle Board table is also here to keep the fun going! There's also a half bathroom conveniently located here.

The Den has been covered into a mock game room, with a large Smart TV, Foosball Table and Futon (can be folded down for an additional sleeping space).

Check-out the beautiful kitchen! Equipped with all the modern touches and appliances you need - check out the tiled backsplash and granite counter tops!. Everything from the fridge, flat top stove, oven, microwave, toaster, etc. are provided! All Stainless Steel! Plenty of plates, silverware, pots and pans to get you settled.

The Dining Room features a large table with comfortable seating for 8; kitchen features a breakfast table with additional seating for 3. The covered patio as another table with 6 more seats, plus many more in the backyard!

PLEASE NOTE:
A Starter Kit of supplies is provided to get you started upon arrival. Additional supplies may be necessary; we recommend planning a trip to a local grocery store after settling in.

Charcoal BBQ is provided. Guests are expected to clean and empty the ash from the grill before departing from the property. Please do not leave children unattended around grill and flames must be extinguished before charcoal/ash is disposed!

PET FRIENDLY - Pets must be approved and a $50 Pet Fee (per pet, plus tax) required after booking. Pets must be picked up after!

PLEASE Supervise children and pets at all times! Property is unfenced and lies against a natural forest - do not go exploring beyond the property lines!

Fire Pit is used at guest's own risk - DO NOT leave the fire unattended, especially around children or pets.

This home utilizes well water for the home. The water is completely safe and fine to use but may have a slight odor when turned on initially. Please run the tap for a minute or two and it will go away! :)
