The first floor offers Living Room with hardwood floors, fireplace and TV, updated Kitchen with freshly painted cabinets, tile floors and new appliances. This level also includes 2 Bedrooms, a Full bath and the Breezeway which serves as the Dining area.

The second floor offers 2 oversized Bedrooms and another full Bath. Exit the breezeway to access the patio and backyard outfitted with patio furniture for outside dining, enclosed outdoor shower and gas grill. 4 window AC units to keep you comfortable, one in each Bedroom. Your small pet may be considered here too!
