Sanctuary in New Farm
We had such a lovely stay in New Farm. The house is lovely, very well set up and very comfortable. The check in process was simple and quick and the host Holly has been incredibly accommodating. Recommend this place highly!

Lovely little home
Lovely home in a great area, walk to fabulous cafes and restaurants.
Beds were very comfortable and house is neat and tidy.
Kitchen is very well equipped and the host thoughtfully left goodies to welcome us.

Nice, but don't expect to enjoy it!
This property is lovely, the location is perfect for walking anywhere you need. The food, cafes, park nearby all are perfect for a stay with a family.
The house has it's lovely history, and it's been maintained and updated appropriately.
What I draw exception to is being treated like a criminal before we even turn up to the property; constant emails confirming who we are, proof of identity, re-confirm we won't make loud noise, we won't do this, we won't do that. The property managers completely killed the excitement and anticipation of this trip and staying at this property with the harassment prior. It is almost like they don't actually read any information you provide to them about yourself, your family etc. and assume you are there to destroy the property, have a party etc. Further, they offered to add extra touches to our stay, asking our plans, what we needed etc. Nothing was arranged to support this additional service promise. Not even the portacot put up. It was hidden away in a random cupboard. Either the property managers or the owners have been burnt before, and they take it out on anyone coming to stay.
The place is nice but i'd avoid staying anywhere managed by this company, so I can actually enjoy my stay.
