This townhouse is a real gem in the short term executive Bulimba market.

The ground level houses the tandem remote controlled garage and laundry and access to a bedroom with two single beds and an ensuite. This has access to the outdoor courtyard.
Upstairs on the first level is the dual aspect open-plan living area. The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen is sleek and modern with Gas. On one side of it sits the dining suite and to the other is the lounge room with a comfortable sofa and smart TV.
