Our stay was wonderful. The rooms were spacious. The condo was clean and organized. The beach is just a couple of steps away. The location is safe and family friendly. Communication with the host was quick and easy. Would stay here again.

Excellent experience overall.Andy was excellent from beginning to end.Condo super clean, very comfortable and easy 2 min walk to beach.Only complaint is the second bedroom had old type blinds that did not block light from across the street.Master had great light blocking drapes.WIFI excellent.

Clean and comfortable

Very organized, sanitized, and clean. I own and operate 2 rentals myself and finally I found a rental just as clean and perfect as my own. Many rentals are in disarray and not clean to perfection. If you are looking for a fabulous location and meticulously clean rental with all the amenities, then this is the rental for you. Super spacious.

Lovely stay

We absolutely recommend this place! The location was ideal for us (around 5 min walk to the beach) and the property was very clean. The separate bathrooms for each room were great for privacy and the open lounge/kitchen space was nice for shared meals. The host was clear in his indications and the communication was fluent. We had a small issue with the water temperature of one of the showers once but it fixed itself on it’s own after 2 days. Also, the parking space doesn’t have a number on it like the instructions indicate. Maybe something to add! Overall great stay, we really enjoyed our time! Thank you!! We would come back:)

Nice unit - Horrible Management

The instructions for the check in process was VERY bad! Our friends checked in before us. They arrive late (in the dark) the door with the unit number on it and key pad was not the door they needed to enter or where the key pad they need to use was located. There was a second door to the left behind the stairs IN THE DARK! Our friends decided to put their luggage under / behind the stairs and get a hotel room when they accidently saw the second door. They were SCARED to say the least. The Hot water only stays Hot for a few minutes and turns to warm and stays there. So if your looking for a hot shower, you better do it in less than 1 minute. I sent an email to management about this, gave them my guests phone number and asked them to call. OUR FRIENDS NEVER received a call! Their instructions about check out was obviously copied from someone else and needs to be seriously updated. For example, they talk about putting the remotes to fans back on the wall holder. However, there was NO fan anywhere in our unit. The second bedroom only has 1 lamp in it and it does not work with the light switch, so good luck if you arrive late when it is dark. As a VRBO host myself, I would never rent in this condition and I always respond / talk to my tenants ASAP when needed. This unit is getting a 3 star only because of the location.

There was a miscommunication with Scott and we can see how this was very frustrating for him. Our instructions are very clear and our past guests have not had any issues finding the place. The unit was numbered and the keypad is on the numbered door as said in our instructions. There is a storage unit door on the first floor, but it is not a labeled or numbered door. Our hot water has been inspected by a plumber since Scott left and nothing was found to be wrong with it. If you leave the hot water running for an extended period of time, the water heater will need time to replenish itself. It is very unfortunate to read his friends never received a call when we called twice and never got a callback. While it is true our checkout instructions mention a fan, the sentence is "IF your unit has a fan, please place the remote back on the wall holder". We have since removed that line. Overall, we try our best to be responsive and I hope future guests read our other stellar reviews to get an accurate feel of our home.

The place is much larger than the pictures show. Everything was as described. Check in was a breeze. Easy walk to beach and downtown area. Beds were comfortable. We are looking to book this place again.
