Typically about a 10–15 minute drive from Owen Roberts International Airport in George Town, it offers a canal front pool, private dock, and easy access to North Sound by boat—an ideal base for couples, solo travelers, or remote workers who want a quiet home close to the action.

DOCK & WATER GEAR NOTICE

Guests are welcome to enjoy the canal front setting, but please note there is no ladder or steps on the dock. This means getting a paddleboard or other gear up from the water onto the dock can be challenging and may require good balance and strength. Most of the time the canal is calm for paddling, with occasional boat traffic passing through. Paddleboarding or using any watercraft from the dock is strictly at your own risk, and the owner/management cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury.

• Located on Palm Heights Drive in the Snug Harbour area, in the heart of the Seven Mile Beach corridor.

• The world famous Seven Mile Beach is roughly a 15 minute walk or about a 5 minute drive away (depending on traffic and exact beach access point).

• Camana Bay, with its shops, cinema, restaurants, and waterfront promenade, is about a 15–20 minute walk or 5–7 minute drive.

• A car is recommended for maximum flexibility, but guests who enjoy walking will appreciate being able to reach many restaurants, bars, and beach spots on foot.

GROCERIES, SUNDAY CLOSURES & PRACTICAL DETAILS

Foster's and Kirk Market supermarkets are short drives away and offer all the necessary food and supplies as well as a large array of international food.

Supermarkets are closed on Sundays in Cayman, though most restaurants and gas stations remain open, and some gas stations sell liquor on Sundays. Grocery items can also be pre-ordered and delivered before arrival.

TRANSPORTATION

• A rental car is highly recommended for this area so guests can easily explore Grand Cayman at their own pace.

• Many guests book directly with trusted local providers such as Marshall’s Rent-A-Car, Andy's Rent-A-Car, or compare options through Kayak.

• Due to limited public transportation in East End, having a car offers the greatest convenience and flexibility.

Good place overall. If you want suggestions for improvement:The fan in the bathroom does not work. Also no AC in the bathroom. Makes for mold situation.Bathroom door scrapes the floor when opening / closing.Upgrade (thicker) cotton bedsheets would be good.

Great place and awesome location!

This place is very nice, comfortable, clean, and quiet. Everything worked as it should and we had everything we needed to feel like we were at home. The location was fantastic. Close the grocery stores, shopping, and the beach…. Just a short drive away. We felt like we were in the center of everything but still got to enjoy quiet evenings. We would 100% stay here again.

Thank you, Cayman Vacation Rentals, Coral Haven Property Management and the condo host, for making our stay beyond amazing, enjoyable and most pleasant! Any questions we had prior to our trip and questions even during our stay were answered in a timely manner! During booking we were supplied with an online packet with information and tips. The condo had laminated sheets with helpful information and tips, and we were contacted with a follow-up of information days and hours before our arrival which helped our check-in go smoothly. Thank you for the Great Communication!!! The condo is well kept with extra towels, beach towels, bedding and some toiletries! I had concerns during booking that boat traffic in the canal or the pool being near the condo might be loud or noisy. It was very quiet, and we didn't hear any outside noise inside the condo. We LOVED how central this condo is to EVERYTHING or at least to a lot of things!!! Airport, Fosters, Camana Bay, Camana Bay Hospital and Clinic, shops, dive shops, restaurants, take out (Chicken Chicken) gas stations, snorkel spots, beaches, Kirks, George Town, to name a few. We were thankful for the parking spot right outside the front door, it was helpful when unloading and loading our luggage, beach and snorkel gear and unloading groceries. Again, thank you for helping make our stay so pleasant!!! One of best condos I have stayed in! I look forward to booking again!!!
