Loved the location just a few steps from the beach. The condo had everything we needed and we really appreciated all the extra towels and water toys. It was comfortable and also enjoyed the many ceiling fans. We would definitely recommend.

Wonderful 4 days at this beachfront condo on beautiful Seven Mile Beach. Well-appointed and comfortable condo with beachfront access and no trouble getting beach chairs and umbrellas each day. Quick walk to a great beach bar just a minute away and easy access to airport (10 minute drive). We will definitely be back!

We had an excellent trip and stay. Location, location, location! 7 Mile Beach is steps away from the screened-in patio. There are a couple of good snorkeling spots right off the beach. Excellent restaurants, shops, a supermarket, and a movie theater all within a short walk. Complex is only a short drive from the airport. The host was excellent in sharing important details, quick to respond to our questions, and called to check in on us. The property is well-appointed with bedding, towels, and kitchen essentials. The grounds of the property are well-kept, and there are plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. Incredible sunsets every evening.

The unit is clean and has most everything you’ll need. Harold is very responsive to questions. The ocean is steps away and the resort is nice with plenty of loungers, umbrellas and chairs. The ocean and beach have a nice walk out. The location is perfect.

we have rented with Chip and MaryKe for quite a few years now. They always call the first day to make sure we arrived safely and if we need anything. They are very attentive and welcoming. The condo is perfect for us. It's very conveniently located to many walkable bars, restaurants and 2 grocery stores. Condo is waterfront and the view of the amazing aqua blue water is so inviting.

The host was wonderful to work with and the property was perfect for our family! The location was excellent! Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean against the seawall every night was lovely and having coffee and happy hour on the beach was delightful! The house could use some updates for sure but for the price and location we would book again for sure! We could walk to almost everything! Walkable access to Camana Bay and Foster’s was so convenient! We used the island GO app if necessary to get to further restaurants! We had excellent meals up and down the island! We can’t wait to return!
